I've only ever listened to a bit of them, like Feel Good, Inc. and the Shoeshine song... I forget what that song was, though. It had some other name in parenthases... surprised

Umm... Gorrillaz are okay. Personally, I don't like rap, but the dude who sang in "Feel Good Inc." (during the melodic courses) sounded a lot like the lead singer from the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Or maybe that's just me going crazy... anyways, I liked the melodic parts, and much less the rap. The video though, was absolutely stunning in visual concept and how they captured the castle thing floating though the air was breath-taking. I really like animated music videos, and this one tops my list. (Though I found some parts of the video a little weird, if not vulgar in some sense.)

I have enjoyed most of the tunes I've heard. The music has some great variations. But I do tire of them, like I do with any other band.
Except Voltaire! Voltaire just rocks.

Gorillaz is one of my alltime favorite bands.
I've listened to them ever since their debut CD came out..I think I was in grade 8 or something.
My fav song is still 5/4 though.
On their new CD...it's Kids With Guns or DARE.

I find their music is good "background" music - stuff to play while you're doing other things. But the music videos really draw you in, and I don't know why! I think I just get fascinated by the little cartoons, and end up stopping whatever I'm doing to watch it..
