I know of an alcoholic drink that will explode (minor explosion, mind you)...
But since I suspect that certain people here might wrongfully use such info, I will keep it to myself...

The polar carbon molecule content of ketchup (heinz anyway) is sufficient that it will combust, given sufficient time in the microwave. The problem is such reaction won't generate much in the way of flames until all the water is boiled out of the ketchup.
