-Stay Away from Junk food (( i know thats hard D ; )) -Keep Drinking Water -Excercise Everyday or every other day :3 -Walk With You Friends ((its excercise and fun with friends)) -Eat Fruits.. ^ ^
or... -tease someone that is willing to chase you EVERYWHERE no matter what XD rofl ((its funny,fun,helps you exercise..i do that alot x3))

Mm, I know what you're going through. I'm not sure when, but I started dieting sometimes in the last few months and dropped at least 15-20 pounds. before I had any results though, it was pretty tough. just don't give up. :] you can do it.
I can't think of much else to add that hasn't been said already, except for if you want to slim down your stomach some, I've found an exercise that's been super helpful if you do it regularly. I'm not sure what it's called, but you lay face down on the floor hold yourself up on your arms, increasing the time each time you go. We learned it in PE and it really has helped. That, and smaller eating portions. I had to cut down majorly on what I ate, and at first it totally sucked, but you really don't get hungry after a while of doing it. My mom told me it's because your stomach shrinks if you don't eat as much for a prolonged period of time, and can stretch back out again [but not without making you sick a few times xp].

Yeah, my mom says that, too. My big problem is that i have nothing to do right now, with summer and all, so i eat cuz i'm bored. I know, HUGE no-no, but sometimes it's like i trick myself into thinking i'm hungry. I dunno.
Btw, your siggy makes me sad inside, Super Euro Flash. emo Kids these days...

And flavoured water is good, if you want to get into the habit of drinking it alot. Me and my mom are addicted to it now. I have at least six bottles a day. 3nodding
... where there is a danger of them coming true? Oh man. I thought I was the only one. xD I'm drinking some right now. Anyway, flavoured water is always good if you're sick of normal, tasteless water. Good luck with all of this!

O! An idea just hit me. We should keep something like a daily journal of what we eat, and how many calories of each food, then total them up.
Oh, and some advice. Let's see... When eating breads try whole wheat. It's much healthier. And, eating smaller portions and eating 4-5 times a day is better than eating 3 full meals. It holds off your appetite and prevents the urge to snack.

Yeah, i was thinking about that. All i've eaten so far today is some grapes. And like two bites of a nectarine. But i don't like it very much. xp
All i eat is wheat bread anyway. And i only drink skim milk. So, i'm good there. And i think i can do the smaller portions/more meals thing.

I had chicken nuggets, french fries, and a Dr. Pepper from Wendy's. emo Blame my mother. She is the one who went to the bank today and stopped to get food. *reminds self to make a grocery list* I always eat wheat bread. I can't stand white bread (unless it's for toast), and I drink fat free skim milk. My sister makes fun of me for it. She says it's water flavored like milk. crying

I think it's nice you're trying to lose the weight, honest. I wish I had that kind of drive but my boyfriend says I'm beautiful no matter what. However in my fall semester of college I'm gonna take a self-defense class with him, so we're gonna both get into shape together. That's my drive, I guess.
Hopefully I will keep the weight off and not get fatty again crying
But you aren't -that- fat ;-; All women are fat, whether they like it or not.
Not saying that in a mean way, but our metabolism naturally decreases dramatically when you're 13 or 14. Why?
Because our bodies are getting us ready to have teh BABIEZ! D<
So whether we like it or not we're always gonna have a little bit of fat on ourselves ._.;
So I think you're fine the way you are <3

Heres a really easy (but yummy) recipe. But it doesnt work if you don't like potatoes.... and no, it's not some kind of 'mash 'em smash 'em stick 'em in a stew' thing XD
Just cut some potatoes into small squares (about the same size) and put them in a frying pan. You could leave it like that, or if you want to be fancy you could pop in some garlic and solantro. (sp)
I know it's not very.... explanitory, but I've never really made it myself before. xp
