I used to watch Nickelodeon with my brother too.
We still do, but we don't hang around jumping on the couch at the end of "All That", supposedly dancing to the songs. xD
It feels kinda awkward now. Considering that was about 7 years ago, the special-ness kinda wore off. :/
ANYWAY~
I REMEMBER THE HIDDEN TEMPLE THING. =3
And, yes, that was freaken awesome.
I can still watch it on channel 137 for me. It's all re-runs though...
And they still show the old prizes. Super-outdated TV's... Nintendo 64's... yeah.
My mom never liked us watching the Amanda Show or All That after awhile. She claimed they were inappropiate. Dunno why...
Though we watched it behind her back. We were such problem children. xD

After the whole Censorship craze, a lot of old shows were pulled off children television. It's really disappointed. Now instead of the retarded-humor-awesomeness, we have a bunch of sarcastic-smartassed-not-so-awesome...ness...

How did ANY of you forget one of the best cartoons they showed on Nick? D:
INVADER ZIM. THOSE TWO WORDS RULED MY LIFE AS I KNEW IT. D: It's so sad they took it off the air though.. I would have loved it to continue..
I loved All That. I. Loved. It. I remember a skit from it... The Harry Potter one..

(I still have a bunch of them.
But they dried up and refuse to work anymore. sad )
Doug was awesome. I'm pretty sure I can still "Do do do..." their themesong too.
Invader Zim was amazing too... but I'm not too surprised it was taken off air.
Still though, I wish another station picked it up. Wikipedia says that the show wanted to move it to MTV.
Gula Gula Island was more of a little kid kind of show. I can't really remember what it was about, but I do remember a yellow frog thing called Binya Binya. x3
And I confess to watching Out of the Box, Little Bear, Franklin, Blues Clues (the one with Steve D< ), and a whole bunch of children shows. OMG. I just remembered Mister Rogers Neighborhood, ZOOM (?), and Pinky and the Brain. Different channels, I know, but they deserve an honorable mention.

I remember watching Kenan(sp?v.v; ) and Kel. blaugh That was my favorite show and Cousin Sketer(sp?)
The older version 'All That' was love heart I don't like the one with all the recast and stuff

OMG. How could've I forgotten Invader Zim!? That show was hilarious. Gir is freakin' OVERLORD OF CUTE EVIL SPACEOUTS.
And Gula Gula... That was a little kid show, I think. I know it was the show where I learned the song "Who Stole The Cookies From The Cookie Jar."
And yeah, I used to love Blues Clues with Steve when I was 8. Plus those puppet shows.

Gir is love. I remember I named an account on a random website after him. =o
Gulla Gulla Island... that show brings back memories. That's where I first learned about the Funny Bone. I became obsessed for awhile afterwards with it, and began poking everyone. xD
I forget exactly WHEN Steve left Blues Clues, but I remember me, my brother and my mom were all in front of the TV watching his last episode.
[I can't watch Blues Clues anymore. No more Steve. So sad. D:
But Dora the Explorer... I love the theme song. xD]
