I'm actually in the process of sending a PM to all of our members, letting them know that classes are getting ready to start, so hopefully with the start of classes will come a major pick up in activity

We may want to push back the satrt day, so people can get used to being back to RL school first, before having to worry about these classes.

Probably middle or end of Sept should work, that should give people enough time to adjust to school again. Plus any help setting up my classroom would be great *sheepish grin*

After looking at a calendar, why dont' we start next thursday, the 13th of September,
They would mean we would start out with our Wednesday Morning Classes
does that sound ok?
hehe we can just say that the first 2 days of school were social time blaugh
or we could push classes back until October 1st, and start with monday Morning Classes on that day.

seeing as how i forgot to start classes on the 13th, I am proposing that We begin Classes on Monday, October 1st 2007,
So if you are a teacher, please be ready to teach your class on that day,
If you are a student please check to see when you will be expected to attend classes, don't worry, as soon as all of the teachers sign up to teach and post their teaching dates, I will be Posting a complete comprehensive schedule, so that you all know what year takes what class on what days, okie?

Care of Magical Creatures is up and has been added to the schedule
Also, i think i will start pming the teachers the day before they are due to start teaching their class, as a reminder to them to get on and post their lessons

oh, i wanted to run something by you dea, and everyone else
since one week of school is one month in RL, i was going to suggest only having 12 lessons per term, yes that means that an RP school year (with only 12 lessons) will last one RL year. And i know this is in the future, but i then thought perhaps let the students have a month or 2 in RL off of classes, to just play quiditch, and mingle, and sign up to teach things incase we need or want new teachers, and then Start the next term.
However for a large group of you, that would mean that in a little over 2 RL years, you will have graduated from Hogwarts, assuming of course that you all pass your N.E.W.T.s.
So..... What do you think?

oooo new idea, along the lines of the previous post:
take off the month of December for the christmas holiday, and we can do some xmas/winter related events
and take off the month of July or August for the summer holiday, and we can do Summer events.
And then we can either......... will continue tomorrow, must go home now
