My friend started to tell me about Hana Yori Dango. And I thought it sounded really fun. ~ But for some strange reason I decided to watch Meteor Garden before I watched Hyd. ^_^

Goodbye Love
I THINK... I say "think" because I'm not entirely sure anymore. o__o; It's like a big blur...
But, I /think/, I was looking up Kpop artists and Bi (Rain) happened to be one of them...and they mentioned Full House. So I was like: "An Asian Drama..? Hrm...Well, it can't hurt to try!" So, I found d-addicts (little did I know how often I'd visit that site in the future v.v; ) and got the videos. Watched it. Was AMAZED by how much I loved it. Then decided automatically that I /had/ to watch more. 1 turned into 2 which turned into 9 to 20 to 50 and suddenly I was quite addicted. ;___; Oh life, where art thou? ~__~;

I found out about Asian dramas because of the Goong manga. I read it online for a while, and loved it...when I found out it had been made into a drama, I had to watch it.

My friend and I used to watching anime together. One day she showed me the Nana movie as well as the Hanga Yori Dango LA. I fell in love from there. Now I find new drama series to tell my friend about. Got to say that Himitsu no Hanazono is my favorite so far.

That's an original way of first contact with dramas since most of us were 'introduced' by friends. xp

I was introduced to J-Dramas four years ago or so when I saw "Great Teacher Onizuka" (the live action series). It was just something that I happened to pick up randomly but it did change my life afterwards. Unfortunately, due to lack of any other good J-Dramas at the time plus with real-life commitments I couldn't proceed to watching others. Fast-forward years later, during the summer of this year, a friend of mine introduced me to a show called "Densha Otoko". Ever since then, my interest in J-Dramas not only revitalized but skyrocketed as well.

I came across AZNtv on cable one day.. and it was showing 'First Love of a Royal Prince.' I became addicted to that drama. I had the internet.. so I looked it up. It somehow linked me to Full House and.. I guess the rest is history.

I'm sure that I've seen an asian drama before, but I was too young to really recognize it. I think my sister started listening to arashi and watched HYD, and that drew me into this whole world.
It's amazing! I love it so. I mean, American tv shows can't really compare to asian dramas, I think. Some of them. But not most of them.

Well, way back when, I heard there was such thing as a liveaction --- Hana kimi had been a favorite manga of mine at the time --- then as I was investigating the show, I stumbled upon mysoju, and have been addicted to the sight ever since then =3
Funny thing is I haven't even watched the liveaction drama of Hana Kimi yet!!! xd
