You do look younger than 18 But no where NEAR enough to get a kid's menu
To me you look like you're still 16
Don't worry about it, in a few years you'll be happy that you look younger than your actual age ^^

The exact opposite always happens to me. When I was in sixth grade everyone thought I was 17-20 something, but I looked older even when I was a toddler. I once found an old picture of myself and said "Aw! I was such a cute five year old!" and my mom corrected me and said "No honey, you were two in that picture."
I don't think I'll ever have a problem with people mistaking me for a kid! blaugh

XD; and this kids, is a lesson not to jump to conclusions. Salamandra: do they really fade? sadness. D:

I get the same thing. I'm 18 and I'll still get people thinking I'm 12. I haven't had anyone give me a kids menu recently though. eek

You do look young, but I don't know if I'd say as young as 14. When I was 13 many people would mistake me for being 18 or 19, but as I grew older I never really lost all my baby fat in my cheeks and am fairly short, 5'3" and I've been estimated to be anywhere between 12 and 16 sometimes 22 if I'm dressed very casual and have my hair up right, and I'm 20. I think the funniest incident was when I was riding the train to move across country, I was 19 at the time. The trip took a couple of days and since I couldn't afford a room and am horribly claustrophobic I opted to just wear the same comfy outfit, sweats and a baggy shirt for the ride. The first guy to sit by my demanded to know where my parents were and when I told him I was traveling alone he was shocked and said he couldn't believe that any parent would let a 12 year old travel across country alone so I had to explain that I was 19 and been living on my own for 2 years, I still don't know if he believed me but he soon go off and then the next guy to sit by me, with me looking exactly the same swore I was 22. Normally I get people who think I'm younger than I am though, the average is about 16.

"Well sir, I graduated almost two years ago..."

Very few people believe or even come close to guessing my real age in person. In photos, they seem to have a more accurate means of judging? Not sure. When I'm at work, most of the people I work with, and most of our customers, refuse to believe my age unless I actually get out my driver's license. Online, or if someone sees a photo of me, guessing my age seems to be easier.
I guess there are clues that they couldn't pick up just by talking to me? Meh. Beats me. Just means that I'll age well and still be able to act like a kid for a few more years--certainly makes me happy, anyway.

Hehe. Usually people think I'm my age when I'm at resturants, sadly. Especially because I almost always have to request the kids menu at resturants ((I'm 17 but a very picky eater and I don't eat much in general *shrug*))
Though I'm told my by friends when we go places like the movies to "dress and look my age" because I'm the one that'll get the group checked to see if we're all 17 or older when we go to see R rated movies ((and we generally have I 16 year old with us when we do))

You look like my 9 year old half sister. =]
I'm always mistaken as older than I am (I'm 17, and I usually get 19-20 as a guess). x[;;

In America I get people telling me that I'm 14 bbuuttt I'm 16 soo that makes no sense...
I love it though!
And in Mexico people think that I am 20 or 21 ish... It's very upsetting...
I happen to think that I look my age...
I try to wear a certain style depending the age I want to look.
So yeah.. :]]

I'm 17, but people always guess 14 and under for me. I like Lolita, so I guess my young face is to my advantage.
