By combining the Wind Arrow and the Spinning bullet technique, the user shoots a spinning arrow and creates a small whirlwind around the arrow. The arrow has high piercing capability's, and using the wind around it which causes the arrow not to be stopped by many chakra based ninjutsu.

Biography:
He and his sister are runaway's from a smaller ninja village they were forced to flee when their father attempted to kill Daiske. His father had always seen Daiske's presence as a curse even going as far to blame Dasike for the fact that his twin sister Chisaru was born blind. During his flight his father managed to seal Daiske's Rin'negan and it now lies dormant for the time bieng but before his father could kill him his mother intervened and his parents slew each other. Daiske wandered for a few years before arriving in konoha and decided that it would be safe for his sister here. Kisho is the father of Shizuma Hatake. Reiko focus his chakra intensely towards his beast gauntlet. Fire erupts from the fingertips of the gauntlet and slowly works its way up Reiko's arm until the flames consume his whole body. Reiko than makes a huge leap towards his opponent as the flames around his body continue to grow as they finally take on the shape of a lion with one paw outstretched.

Biography:
Reiko is an aspiring Shinobi that hails from a nomadic group of people known more for being savages than for producing Shinobi. One day Reiko's clan stopped over by Konoha to do some basic trading and Reiko became fascinated by the ninja that dwelled there. With reluctance from the leader of the clan Reiko was permitted to stay and learn the ways of the ninja. All has not been easy for Reiko as he has had trouble adapting to a more civilized style of life. His mind is constantly at war with what his heart knows to be true.
