They were five basses this year during marching season, but two of them play double reeds. We have three band classes and the remaining three of us are each in a different class, giving us the same advantage of not having to worry about competition.

i play the bass clarinet (obviously) i play on a selmer.... it has major tuning issues but i dont really care because its not mine... lol i play on a "hard" or a 4 (vandoren of course!!! ricco are shamed upon) at my school its a huge honor to play the bass clarinet because pretty much everyone in the clarinet section wants to play it but only one person gets to play it.......i play it....... sadly, my band does not march BCs..... dumb direcors!!!!! scream
