I figure that the victim patient will figure them out on their own.

I know a guy who's gay and he says that the thing that means gay that he likes being called most is "fruit" because it's just funny, saying that gay people are fruits. Because what's insulting about being an apple? lol.

true but being a healer is pretty lame to most magi in general, and as such most necromancers call healers, fruits...
