 Smiling at the amusing intruder of the conversation Kirara wasn't sure what to say. The comedy of the clan spatting back and forth assured her completely that she was in fact under no danger and she rested her muscles. Wrapping her second tail around the other side of her she tilted her head curiously and watched the new Ulaya talk to the leader. She had never seen anyone so casually converse with a pack leader before and this made her wonder how the pack was on normal days. Not wanting to intrude she just proceeded to sit in her place quietly and waited for Benjamin to address her instead.

Tobias shakes his head in amusement as he looks around to see Jackson moving toward the clan with the huge buck in his maw, dragging it slowly toward the center. "I will be right back." He hurriedly says to Kirara and the spatting couple then he hurries over to help Jackson drag the dinner back.
Pepper just merely purses her lips as the whiskers twitches slightly while she watches the female with open interest and wariness. Her eyes slowly travels down to Kirara's saber teeth and her eyes slowly went wide. "Lovely.. I am Pepper... how do you like the clan so far?" She curtly says because she knows that she will get bitched at if she is being mean to the possible clan members. She just merely sat down on her hunches and watches her. "The white guy over there is Benjamin's brother and another leader of the clan." She jerked her head over to Jackson.
Jackson was panting heavily due to the physical exertion he inflicted on himself by bringing down a huge prey and taking long time to suffocate it then drag it back. His fur was matted to his body due to the sweat and his eyes is still wide and his chest is pumping heavily. "Hello.. you are welcome to eat if you want to join...Tobias? call the clan members to come and eat.." He breathlessly says as he moves toward Benjamin. "Hi.." He says as he looks at Kirara, finally taking a very good look at her.
Benjamin quirks his eyebrow at Jackson in slight amusement. "I told you to take one of us with you..." He murmurs as he looks at Kirara. "I am sorry if everything seemed to be little weird.. thats how the clan here functions." He flashes her a light grin before he moves toward the buck.. "Are you going to join us?"

"I'm not quite sure upon that yet." She was used to a life on her own and didn't want to make a decision she wasn't going to enjoy later in her life. As much as she was interested in the pack she didn't know what they could provide for her as well as help her with some things in her life. She'd never depended on anyone else and sometimes liked the life of travel. But deciding she needed to settle down she greatly pondered this pack, it was welcoming and the hunters were a little better then herself. She had been living off from slim pickings and rabbits for months. Eating with the pack right now would seem awkward at the moment for she still didn't know them let alone enough to feast on their hard work's meal.

Pepper just merely grunted as she looks at Kirara. "Why don't you stay with us for few days to get to know us and if you don't want to join then you don't have to join at all? Its no pressure really." She voiced the leaders' suggestion by speaking up really quickly before Benjamin and Jackson could say anything. "Come.. I can see that you are very hungry.." She glances at the female with a quirked eyebrow. "And plus I know those males won't eat unless we both does."
The males just stood around the kill while looking at Pepper and Kirara expecantly. Tobias spoke out, "Well she is right.. ladies first." He grins crookedly at Kirara before he gestures to the meat. "Unless you feel uncomfortable eating with us?" He looks at her with concern.

It indeed did feel awkward to feast on someone else's meal but she didn't want to offend them by not accepting food that was offered to her. Standing up she walked over to the kill, bowing her head slightly as she passed the two males. Taking her seat next to the dead animal she watched to see if Pepper was going to eat. If she joined them for dinner she would very much like to not be the first one diving into the food. Waiting for the female's lead she sat there silently glancing over the rest of the pack.

Pepper could see that Kirara is still not sure as she pads toward the neck of the buck slowly then she settles down on her hunches then scrapes the claws against the fur to get it off the skin. "Go ahead.. eat up." She glances at Kirara with a slight smile before she suddenly sank her teeth in the buck's throat then ripped some out violently.
Benjamin, Jackson and Tobias gradually circles around the corpse then picking out the preferable spot so they could dig in after Kirara does then they glances at each other then at Kirara with a slight smile on their faces.

Kirara lowered her head and dug her fangs into the hide of the carcass, pealing back the skin before revealing the meaty flesh underneath. Pulling out her fangs she lifted her paw and clawed the muscle off the leg before taking a savory bite out of it. Blood trickled down her lightly tan clean fur dripping onto the ground below. Licking her jaws she looked up at the others and swallowed the mouth full of bloody meat. "This is good food." Wiping her fangs off on her arm she lowered her head and took another, more smaller, bite before wrapping her tails around her and laying on her stomach for a more comfortable meal.

The entire clan congerates together to devour the meat while taking their time chewing and swallowing it because there is protection in the numbers and there is certainly many ulayas around to help each other. The first one to break away from the buck was Pepper because she doesn't have a huge appetite right now.
Pepper moves away from the group as she takes Benjamin's old spot on the sun-warmed boulder then she began to groom herself by licking her paws then rubbing it all over her face to get the blood off. "The buck is really rich in the meat... is he fat?" He inquires to Jackson whom self-volunatary took over the patrol watch since he is not hungry at the moment.
Jackson moves toward Pepper, looking really tired."The deer was very huge... I thought it would be enough to last us for 8 days or so." He pants lightly but not heavily like before. "What do you think of Kirara? You like her?" He quirks his eyebrow lightly at Pepper.
Pepper just merely grunts as she looks at Jackson. "She is all right... she looks very nice and interested in the clan." She simply says with a quirked eyebrow in response to his quirked eyebrow. "So... its ultimately up to you guys and Kirara of course."
