Ye indeed... my years of D&D and map making have almost landed me a job as a cartiographer! Unfortunantly they didn't like it when the maps we were making were suddinly poulated by castles and towers with place names like "Isle of Dread" and "Forest of no return"...

I'd like to see a map of miyr. That would be nice, but I don't have a very good program on my computer to make it sad I don't know I can play music... I guess I could write a song about world maps or something... hmm... I don't know I'll help in any way I can, if you just give me an assignment. I can always download fireworks or something.

Well, we could just start naming things we know are in Miyr to get a better picture of its size.

So would we want to list special locations on the map? Maybe if we got fancy we could make a map in flash or something to show special locations only if you know of them... Though I don't have flash, and that might be hard.
What else have I missed?

I don't think you can inbed a flash file into a post though... maybe a profile?
Theink we could get that in on the RPS admin Profile? hmmm..
Also zazzy, what kind of music do you make???
I'm a music producer too, I make Techno music, heavily influanced by video games...

If your gonna do that, make sure you also have normal, civillian areas too! Don't want a town without any normal people now do we?

Androsia Let us not forget the SOM school for girls and Mecha Heavy Industries. Right, there would also be the Order of Magic Preservation, but I didn't list Special Locations. If they were on a map, then anyone would be able to find them, and thats just not how it works. That's why I suggested the flash thing. I figured we could make a list of Special Locations on the side or something, and when you click on one it pops up on the map. Not sure if we could make it so that only people who have the special location can click on the link. Everyone would have to just be honest, and not peek. Wow, we're really getting some good brainstorming going here. As for my music, I'm in a rock band. We kind of play all sorts of stuff... everyone in the band writes their own part to our songs, so it comes out pretty unique, but I guess I would just classify it as rock. Our band is called Flux, and this is our myspace, though for some reason we don't have any music on it anymore. I really need to get Flash, I'm getting all exited about this, and I want to start now!

Ok so I complete a full scale 3d Map of the world!
Unfortunantly, I can't convert it to a animated gif to post here because my computer apparently doesn't have enough system resources.
A testament to my ultimate computer skillz! sweatdrop
Anywho, the first post has been updated with a still of it, pointing out the location of Miyr.
As you can see scale wise, we've explored maybe .01% of the known world....
Lots to do in the future!

And I thought I had no life when I made that zombie P&P rpg system... Phew, Gerby, you'be really outdone yourself! But don't you think the resisdence of Myir would think that their world is flat?
