With Marxx doubled over across the barricade, Scott leaped onto the rail and attempted a Fameasser onto the floor.

Marxx, still dizzy after the chairshot, don't have time to counter as Shock hits the Fame Asser on him. He flips over the barricade and falls on his back.

Scott nods/headbangs as he gets the effect he wanted.
He yells to the ringside fans to clear out the chairs in the first row. They do so as he backs up, giving him running room to run and attempt a Bail Dance on the downed Marxx.
Bail Dance (not a finisher): A variation on Great Muta's Handspring Elbow, ending with a moonsault after the cartwheel and backflip. Often used outside the ring, made famous on the indy circuit by Ruckus.

Marxx attempts to lift his legs near his midsection, so Shock would hit Marxx's knees instead

The Bail Dance, beautiful to look at, ended painfully as Scott came down across Marxx' s knees.
He rolled onto the floor, clutching his gut and kicking the ground.
Styles: "Bail Dance by Scott Shock...and Marxx gets the knees up!"
Tazz: "We still don't know who'll win this match, Styles, but any bets on what Scott Shock had for lunch are gonna be settled!"

Marxx drags himself to the barricade and help himself with it to get back on his feet. He looks at Shock as he tries to catch his breath.
From there, Marxx will pick up Shock and attempt a piledriver

Scott, woozy from failing his gut check, is caught and held up in the piledriver position. Dropping him headfirst to the concrete floor is academic from there, and he lays sprawled out on the floor.
Styles: "Marxx picks Scott up...Excedrin headache number 34 coming up!"
Tazz: "Ouch! Piledriven right on that concrete!"
Styles: "That's the problem with wrestling on the floor. The ring doesn't have much bounce to it, but at least it gives a little. Solid concrete, no so much."

Marxx looks at Shock, who just kicked out. He stands up, then pushes a spectator out of his chair. He grabs the chair and put it in from of Shock. From there, he will put Shock's head on the open chair and attempt the Party Crasher on him.
((Party Crasher: A modified Fame Asser. Instead of dropping the leg directly behind the head, the one who does it performs a little frontflip, so his leg will hit the back of his opponent's head after that flip. It is not my finisher, it's just a signature move.))

(Sounds kinda like Booker T's old Harlem Hangover top-rope flip legdrop. Interesting.)
In the time it took for the setup for the Party Crasher, Scott got enough collective through together to attempt a counter. He went for the easiest one he could: He simply attempted to move out of the way, allowing Marxx to slam his own leg hard against the seat of the chair.

Marxx flips and his leg hits the seat of the chair. He rolls on the concrete, holding his leg.

(Unlike a lot of wrestlers, he came into his own during the WCW Russo era.)
Scott rolls back to his feet. He drags Marxx toward the ring barricade, and pulls his bad leg through the steel slats so it was partially stuck inside it.
From there, he headed for the far end of the ring floor, took a run, and attempted to dropkick the barricade section, thus wrenching Marxx's leg inside it.
