The little Ulaya kit nodded her head. "Ooooh! You mean like getting lost?" Asami said knowing that she had disobeyed her mother and had now got herself lost, but lucky her father was here. Her fluff of a tail twitched as her ears pricked at her father's strong sounding voice. "Okay, I'll try to listen to her more." She said softly as if admitting her mistake.

He nodded. "Exactly." he said simply. " I mean, if you got lost, your mother wouldn't be too happy. She'd be very sad. Also, you wouldn't know how to get back to her." he paused. "And there aren't so many nice Ulaya around here." Or at least that's what he thought. Not that he had ran into any yet. He tried to avoid that.

The kit gulped a bit at her father's last comment. "That would be bad." She said scooting closer to her father. Quickly losing interest in their conversation, she jumped after the grass hopper that quickly hopped just out of her reach. Asami jumped after the grass hopper again and watched as it jumped out of her reach.

Hakim stood up and started following her. He wouldn't want Kirei saying how irresponsibles he was for not keeping track of her. It wouldn't be a very good first father impression now would it? "Be careful, Asami!" He said to her as she followed the grasshopper. He wasn't going to tell her she couldn't do that. That wouldn't be very good father impression either. Though, he did know where to draw the line.

Again, she jumped after the grass hopper, but this time caught it between her two paws. Whenever she opened her paws, all that was left was a flattened grasshopper and all that was inside of it. "YUCK!" Her squeaky voice yelled out as she tried to whipe the remains of the grass hopper on the ground. Whenever she heard her father's voice, she quickly spun around and nodded her head to him. After a minute, she began at a fast walk in a random direction.

Hakim followed after her. "Where are you going?" This wasn't very good. Maybe he should put his foot down. "Lets not go that way!" He said looking at the forest in front of them. It was very gloomy. Not a place for a kit at all. At least not that forest... not yet.

Asami nodded her head and walked back to her father and stopped infront of him. "Okay." She said sweetly. Now her curiosity was going wild, she would explore that forest later on, whenever her father wasn't there to stop her. The little kit looked around a bit wondering what there was to do. Maybe they should go back to her mother and sisters?

He smiled at her. "When you are older you can go in there. It's too dangerous." He said simply and started walking back to where they where first off. He wasn't sure if he should take her to her mother yet. though, he did have to talk to her.

Asami nodded to her father then looked back at the forest one last time before running up next to him. Towards where they first met. As usual, her curiosity got a little carried away and she stopped to look at the bottom of the tall grass that she was walking through.

Hakim turned and smiled at her. "I'll take you back to your mother in a few." He still had to figure what to say to her. This was going to be very strange indeed. He smiled at his lovely daughter. She turned out pretty good.

Asami nodded at her father. Maybe he was afraid to go see her mother? Shrugging at her thoughts, she quickly snapped at a peace of grass as it swayed in the little bit of wind that there was. It seemed to sort of keep her from getting too bored.

Hakim raised an eyebrow and looked at her. He had no clue what to do with a kit. He didn't think he was a good father. "so... What do you like to do other then run off?" He asked her trying to keep a conversation.

"Um..." Asami said thinking about what else she did other than run off to go exploring. "I don't know..." She said while looking up at her father's brown-green eyes. "What do you like to do?" She asked wondering what her father did other than walk around all day.

Hakim was rather puzzled at that. Didn't he ask first? He smiled at the kit. "Well... I like to walk around." He said simply. He finally sat down and then laid down so he wasn't towering over her. Of course, he didn't know if he cared or not. He wagged his little tail.

Asami did as her father did and layed down infront of him. A small smile was plastered acrossed her face as she watched her father closely. When she noticed he was wagging his tail, she wagged her little fluff of a tail.
