Lea had a planet.

What else did she have?

Absolutely no idea what to do with it.

Kitties didn't like rocky places! At least... not the small, cute ones that she especially liked. That definitely had to go! She ran a hand (with pink-and-orange nail polish on, of course) all over the surface of the planet. And under her touch the lumpy, dry rocks simply melted away, giving way to smooth, sandy soil. Well, it wasn't the best, but it could be changed.

Step one, was done. Step two, was... blue? Well, she couldn't think of anything else that rhymed with two right now! Harrumph.

...Oh yeah. Water. Blue water. Hey, blue-for-step-two worked out after all! How about that, huh?

So she (in, naturally, a very cute and cat-like way) licked the tip of her index finger and trailed it all over the planet. Squiggly lines, and large spots. Like rivers and lakes except... bigger! Seas! Sort of. Okay, so... most planets needed more water than that. But her squiggles and spots looked sort of artistic! So Lea decided to leave those be, unless her future creations complained.

Step one, was done. Step two, was also done. Step three was... um... tree!

Her planet still needed plants! Obviously.

She dabbed the same index finger into one of the newly-formed seas, and tasted the water. Plants couldn't grow well without the very best water, right? And mm... this water was crisp, with a hint of sweet in it. Ooh, yummy! Nobody wanted yucky saltwater, right? So she dabbed her finger in the water in the little more, then blew on the water. Now it was instilled (what a pretty word~) with the power of life! Heehee, working on a planet was so much more fun than she thought it was going to have been!
She moved her hand and drew two large splotches of plant life near her seas. These were jungles, where the tougher sorts of kitty-creations would live. Filled with fruit trees, because all her kitties would be vegetarian. Nobody would eat each other, nonono! No killing or anything! Soap opera romanceys, of course… but no TV-esque violence!
Anyway… Lea then drew a curvy, cattail-ish line of vegetation across a part of the planet. For the cuter critters, this was mostly grass and such. Although there were, of course, some berry bushes! And for the finishing touch, she snapped her fingers a few times. Tiny little molecules of life-laden water flew off her fingers and were sprinkled all around the areas of her planet that was covered on only soil, both fruit trees and berry bushes springing up wherever they landed. Just in case a poor, helpless little kitty wandered into a place like that by accident!

But then there was another matter to consider… keeping the plants alive. And the kitties, too! Neither of those could survive without water! And her seas, though artistic, weren’t (for someone kitty-sized) close to the bits of vegetation at all… Hmm, she needed a way for them to get water… Rain would be, of course, the obvious option, but that would be so brr-chilly-cold! No-one wanted to force that upon their little creations, right? But did water have to come from high up? Maybe it could come from… down low! Ah-hah, that was it! Underground springs! Little trickles of cool clean sweet water, bubbling up from below for any thirsty kitty. Of course, how would she do that? It wasn’t as simple as trailing a wet finger over dry land, she needed to get the water under the surface. …Ah-hah again, that was it!
And so with a HOCKKK, Lea hocked up a decent-size loogie. Not very pretty, quite gross in fact, but it had to be done. And PTOOIE! She spat it out, and the thing went flying through space and splattered all over her planet. Lea watched it, waiting, and slowly… very slowly… the loogie became water, akin to the water in her seas, and gently trickled under the surface. She tapped her planet a couple of times, and could feel bits of water bubbling up to the surface, ready for anyone who needed a drink.

Her planet still needed a name, but that was okay. She’d kindasorta used up all of her creativity juices for right now, hmm? She’d do that later.

Seas, rivers, plants, even little springs! It wasn’t entirely finished yet, and she could feel plenty of ideas for this little planet bubbling up inside her godly, pink-haired, cat-eared head. BUT, those would have to wait. She was hungry, and pretty tired – working on a planet sure took a lot out of you! Mm, what was she in the mood for today?
Why, fruit, of course!
