Yeah. It's just the lyrics really seem directed at them. Even if it is just with thier friendship in mind there are parts to the song that seem like they are meant to mean more then just friendship. I'll point them out, because I'm bored >.<

I'm sorry. I just love those lines, because when put in a SasuNaru context, they're just so sweet.

sweatdrop Any lyrics can be the right context when you put them to a favorite couple... besides, it fits more than just them. I think they go with popular music now a days anyway, so I doubt that was intended.

I agree with you, but I'm just a complete and utter SasuNaru shipper, that's pretty much all I put it to, or the first thing that comes to mind. He's the main character, so it makes more sense to me that it would be about Naruto and Sasuke, because he really is on his mind almost all of the time.

If it was just some random song, I'd say that it's just a coincidence, but since they've actually made it a part of the series, I'd say it's plausible that it was meant (not necessarily by the writers of the song, but by the people who chose it for the newest ending theme) to apply to Sasuke and Naruto. Probably only meant in a friendship way, but I think a lot of the time things are purposely left for the fans to interpret as they will. They're not stupid, they know they can make more money that way. Also, I've only watched the ending two or three times, but Sasuke and Naruto seem to have the most relevant interaction in it, and the fact that it ends on them grabbing hands kind of centers it on them, as well. That could provide evidence for the song that goes with the images to apply to them.

Then again, that's all just theory xD

Well it's a good theory! I agree with everything you said. I mean, it's almost impossible for the creators and artists not to know that there are tons of SasuNaru fans out there, and I'm sure they try to cater to that a little through opening and ending themes since it'll probably never happen in the actual show.
Thank goodness for that.
