The whole thing about the world of Gryps is...well, honestly, it has been Ferret, Vix, and I building detail around what we've been given. >_> Ferret and I have our own countries where our characters come from. And I think this kind of clashes with Vix's characters' Egyptian background.
Though, I think Nemoren would be a beautiful name for the gryps country. :3
Territories around said country include Albion, Paralene, and the country once known as Cambria...which I think is now part of Paralene. *needs to go read Ferret's journal again*
I keep thinking of the gryps country to be a sea-side country...which would be handy for this plot, anyway. xD

Cambria is unofficially it's own country. >.> It's sort of... I guess a colony now. Something like that.

RAWR.
Ignore the crappiness of the mountains. xDD And the general...marker-like borders. I think pretty much everything was done with a marker setting on the brush tool. >>
And yes. Paralene is hyooooj. Ferret said it's an empire. =O Of course, it will never take over Nemoren, because Black would swoop down in her fiery, Griffin Goddess glory and smite them all. >O
Anyway. The little red text up near the Nemoren-Cambria-Paralene border, under those squiggly mountains...anyone for that as being the metaplot city? It's close enough to the other countries to be like, "Hey, we can steal things easily from here! >3" and...stuff.
I'll add a Legend and stuff eventually. But my creativity is officially used up right now.

I like the map. The "marker-like borders" fit the style of a lot of maps anyway, thick border lines so no one misses their point.
I don't think I have anything to offer to the metaplot idea though.. nor have I a character that could be a pirate or such but...definately peaked my interest.

Paralene is huge. :3 It's supposed to be huge.
Metaplot city needs a name. We could call it Metaplotopolis, but then someone would have to stab my eye out for me. And I think Rain lives closest. And I don't want her to stab my eye. D:
Don't worry, Malik; we need characters to be kidnapped too. While it would be best if everyone who's playing a kidnapped character could double as a pirate, we could probably let things slide a little.

Wow. I love the map. I'll post charry info in a bit. Also, I need to re-PM BP, but in my journal I've got a little bit of what might work as history, if you assume the Untamed Mountains used to be part of Paralene.

Hrm.. I could have both of mine participate, and when I think of it.. Sin possibly could do as a pirate. His attitude fits that kind of persona at times.
So then...it would be..
Sin: font-Size 10 dark red with his gryphon Meji (going away from my little thing with Kita having his gryphon for this. 3nodding )
and..
Kita: font- Size default medium blue with his gryph Nut (either chick or new adolescent) and I'll stick Aisha with him since she's going to be the 'mother figure' for Nut.
There. Hopefully they fit.. if not tweaking is very easy, no?
