Weed is totally decriminalized here. Not illegal, but decriminalized. So if you're caught smoking pot, you get a firm talking to and maybe a ride home. Selling it is a different story =P
On the weed-smoking holidays, long as you go to the Art Gallery in the city the cops won't even turn a head. Actually, they probably won't turn a head anyway. They have better things to do xp

Not true. In AZ they arrest you and it's a felony. Especially if you have paraphenilia. Intent to sell is worse. All depends on where you live.
Yeah I was talking about BC, though. Where it is decriminalized. =P
Most cops won't give you any guff if you only have a personal amount on you and you're not driving.
