Mods= Colored Knights
Members with special consideration= Colored Bishops
Members who went through a screaning process= Bishops
Members who have been here a while= rooks
New members= pawns

Bishop
Rook
Pawn
5 ranks, no colors, plain and simple.

-[Color of Choice]Bishop: Those who have aced a screening exam or have earned a unanimous promotion vote from the Board
-[Color if you want]Rook: Veteran members
-Pawns: New people that have not proved themselves
Everyone except for moderators start out as pawns, regardless of who they are.
The board should consist of all of the moderators and no one else. Everyone in the board shall work as a whole and and and disagreement will be worked out till there is total agreement between everyone. Everyone on the Board will hold an equal position regardless of who they are.
Knights may also have their own Adviser, Titled as "Vassal."
