I know my friend, who loves Sailor Moon, went to our bookstore and saw that they were litteraly throwing the manga away she asked if she could have them. She even offered to pay for them, since the manga is no longer in circulation they are hard to find. But the bookstore didn't let her.

I'm confused. It's not a big deal to not have it right now.
I don't think there's one near me that carries it.
Not on the newsstand means it's old, and a new one has come out. I don't mean it's literally not on the newsstand. I was just explaining what I meant by back order.
