Ojibwe? Wild guess... I know Ojibwe is polysynthetic, which this appears to be, and that it has lots of "double vowels", which this also does.
But if koko knows about it, its probably Germanic. Oye...

Whoa, I'm seeing a lot of words that are vaguely Japanese. But its definitley not Japanese. I'd go with Ainu as a wild guess, since thats a language from the same area as Japanese, but is not, and so would be the most likely to have a bunch of loanwords from Japanese.
