I don't think we'll have a leader or black ops. Just a bunch of bad-a** ninja living in the same place. Of course, I myself don't know for sure. PM Vash or Hinata_Chan if you guys have any questions on that topic. They're in the know-how. ninja

I was thinking of the village being run by a Jonin Council - with each jonin having a small squad to control on their own

And who will the Jounin be? We can only have like, 4 or 5. Sounds like a good number to have. ninja We can't have too many, considering the fact that we are a village of rouges. If we stood out too much, they'd all find us, easy.

My guy is kind of a badass/jerk. hope that don't bother anybody. he's also from the leaf village, and am wondering if i should transfer as well. and can i be 1 of the Jounine? and i wouldn't worry too much about standing out. if you guys want, my guy knows a jutsu that can hide the entire village from site almost indefinately.

Well for the Jonin - right now its Me. Hinata, Devon, and Kimishima. If Antari he will joining us, he will be five - five seems like a good round number. But as to the members of our personal squads ( like the Lieutenants in Bleach - these chunin are the stongest of all the chunin) - those spots are wide open.

hold up why chunin there is actually a rank in between called special jonin they are not as good as jonin but better than chunin (or at least there are on naruto ninja councle 3
