((Oooookay. I shall write a thing... and such. Lessee hooow thiiis goooooesss!!... ohhh... aaaaand... Remus shall be his naaame nooo longer. Hhahaha, I CAN'T TAKE IT! I keep thinking Harry Potter and it drives me NUTS. So you can just call him Wolf.... or if he feels like giving out his real name... which is Lok. Oh yes.

ANYWAY! I JUST THOUGHT YOU ALL SHOULD KNOW! No more Remus XD;

AND AND! She's cute... and I had this post all day... but just decided to finish now... YOU'LL DEAL!... forgive me, please! T.T))

It's a nice day, was his first thought when he had stirred from his den. This wasn't a usual thought for him he had noticed quickly, and had then growled in disgust and loped out into the morning full of lemony sunshine and singing birds with a look of utter disgust on his face.

"What an awfully disgusting day." Lok had announced at all the collective trees. The day seemed unpreturbed by his foul mood.

What day wasn't such a vile creature in a foul mood? Everyday as sure as the sun would set and rise, the wolf would set and rise moodier and moodier each day, but that's how it was with evil creatures. They wreaked havoc on the weak and helpless, or witless and hapless Lok had always thought, and as sure as princesses get in trouble, he'd be licking his bloody chops by at least noontime.

'They deserved it' He'd always said, and continued to think. 'Don't live in the woods, for one thing.' He'd tell old women countless times. 'Don't wear BRIGHT BLOODY RED when you don't want to be found!' He'd told many a little girl and then went on to chide children as he chewed on them that perhaps if they had listened to their mummy's and daddy's they wouldn't have gotten into this predicament in the first place.

There had been a time when Lok wasn't so unfeeling and callous. Before he had tried to help, that was all, only tried to help, but the numerous screams and looks of horror had quickly gotten on his nerves and instead he had done what was expected of him: he swallowed up little girls and grandmothers whole, and then eventually his jaws were forced open and anyone still alive was yanked out. It was a tiresome cycle, and it was a wonder he ever got anything to eat, but at least at some points his stomach was full... even if they kicked and screamed every so often.

Today was to be another one of those days. Lok rubbed at his stomach with a grimance. More upset stomach.

"Damn, Red." He muttered as he trotted off in the general direction as he went most days. Though, today, he was tired of waiting by the giant oak tree in the darkest part of the most ominous woods, today he felt like meeting with Red earlier on, maybe it'd catch her off guard and mix things up. Who knew?

So, crouching beside another tree and hidden amongst the brush he waited as he always did in most stories for the hapless witless idiots to stumble out into HIS goddamn forest. It was like they were begging him to eat them.

Though, somewhere in the midst of waiting and crunching on tree roots to tide over his stomach, a very unwanted annoying someone bumbled witlessly and haplessly into him. Crouching on all fours his hackles raised along his back and he growled deep within his throat. For an instant a flash of a monster sized wolf towered over the princely figure, but in a moment it was gone, however his unnerving predatory gaze stayed within his very human face.

"Can't you see I'm staking out here?! Are you just TRYING to give me away?" The wolfly fellow demanded, a paw sized hand clenched into a tight fist. "I get to at least EAT her first don't I before you come storming in here like you own the damned place!?" He snorted, disgusted. "What is the world coming to? A wolf can't eat his little girls in peace anymore... though the cross dressing part I don't think I'd really miss."

Pausing, he looked thoughtful, but realizing what hated breed of human was laying helplessly before him, he stalked forward with every muscle in his body tensed and powerful. "Hero...Give me a reason I shouldn't eat you." He ground out between clenched teeth. "Just for running into to me." His face contorted into a fearsome snarl. He looked cold, beastly, and positively hateful. "Just ONE reason. I'm sure no one will miss you. Plenty of other princes, I'm positive, that will replace you."

Lok paused again. "... Tea? Are you bloody stupid? I'm a wolf." He made a face that might have been frustrated and righted onto two legs. "YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO OFFER ME TEA! I can't feel angry if you're offering me tea! Insult my mother! Call me ugly! Brandish your sissy sword and provide witty banter!" He grabbed the prince by the front of his shirt. "I should eat you out of principal! Do the world a favor!"

((Hahaha, I like her too, J XD ME TOOO.

EDITS FOR THE JIFFY, MY LITTLE MISS HAWT PANTS smile )

Lok's snarling face was shoved into the prince's own, but at the sound of a very familliar sweet voice, that sort of annoying voice that summoned baby deer and little birds on a whim, his ear twitched. He rolled his eyes and emerged from the brush, the young man still dangling from his fist. His mouth twitched and his eyes were narrowed.

"YOU SEE WHAT'S HAPPENING?!" He asked of her. "The way things are going I'll never be able to eat ANYONE. PRINCES are showing up. PRINCES!" He exclaimed and he glared back at the prince. "I HATE BLOODY PRINCES!" He shook him rather roughly, enough to rattle his teeth.

"He must be here to save you, Red." Lok said with a disgusted look on his face. "I dunno why anyone would want to save a little girl with skinny legs and no boobs." He added under his breath.

((Haha, I know it was a hunter who saves Red... But think more of the princy guy as the 'hero' of the stories, as opposed to a prince... But since most stories = prince as hero... etc etc, ya know? *READS POSTS OMG!*))
PostPosted: Thu Jul 05, 2007 9:45 pm

((Haha well either way...I still want her to be the one to get herself out of her troubles in her story...so yes...no hunter to save her, but herself, with her wit and cunning skeelz. XD

And oh my GOD I thought of the PERFECT thing to happen when she gets out of the woods...*giggle snorts* But I'm not saying anything...just that it will be hilarious...))

[[What to wriite. >_<]]

Faust was walking through this forest. His only reason for being here was that he was just passing through. He'd been walking for days with no set destination; he just wanted to get away. This was his story, all that was known. He was a scholar, yearning for greater knowledge and eternal youth, who was willing to sell his soul to the Devil himself for that knowledge and everlasting youth.

He sold his soul, and then the Devil was to be his servant. Until it came time for the Devil to collect his soul. Once it came to that, the Devil would violently kill Faust and then Faust would have to spend quite some time burning in hell. Faust didn't want to go through it again. But, he had no choice; this is how the story went.

But, finally, Faust had realized he could try to change his fate. He had no idea why he hadn't thought of it before. Perhaps it was the umpteenth death and the fact he knew he could have to do it all over again. He knew he could run from the Devil. No one else had ever done that, but he could.

He glanced to his left as voices entered his ears. I'm not surprised. This seems to be a fairly large forest... Who knows what else resides here? he wondered. Curiosity sparked, he turned and walked towards the source of the noise as quietly as possible. The voices were somewhat faint, but he could tell they weren't too far away. He had nothing better to do at the moment, anyway.

[[Blah. I tried. D=]]

((Haha, no, that's fine. XD There's about a billion Red stories anyway. XD I was just trying to have a connection bwteen all of us, YA KNOW? Yeah. YEAH. *coughs and posts*

Oh yeah, and I think she's cute, J! I like your thick liiiiines. <3 Makes me wanna draw Princy...

And YOU need to stop worrying about your writing, Jess. JUST WRITE! *Shakes you* Haha and go watch Finding Forrester. IT IS INSPIRATIONAL! *Thrusts a finger into the air dramatically*))

Had he not been used to large sets of teeth or claws or what have you right in his face, Dash might have shrieked like a girl and tried to run away. But, this sort of thing was the norm, and instead, he simply squinted, wrinkled his nose, and gave a rather pathetic smile. "He's threatening me... All I did was run into the guy, and he's ready to kill me..." He looked Lok in the eye and shrugged, ignoring the fact he was being lifted by the front of his shirt, "I'm really the only guy. I suppose there are a few other princes, but eh." He waved a hand.

"And tea is a perfectly fine thing to offer anyone, Mister Wolf." He took a breath and ran a hand through his hair - a bad habit he'd picked up. "Look, I don't want you to eat me. Someone will probably just pull me from your insides, if I don't manage it myself. You and I are both doomed to that sort of thing, no matter what story we're in." He shifted around a bit so that he could grab his sword, "I'm tired of going through the motions, my dear enemy." He waved his sword tiredly, then let it drop. "And your mother had a beard." Dash added with a charming smile.

That smile, however was quite rattled when he was dragged through the brush and onto a much larger path, where a girl in a red hood stood, quite obviously upsetting the wolf. Not to mention he'd already upset the guy. Dash himself was looking a mite bedraggled. "I hate being a bloody prince," he muttered, nodding. "All crying princesses and kisses worth nothing..."

"Hullo!" Dash said brightly, trying to tug Lok's clawed hands from his finely woven shirt. "Wolf doesn't much like me being here, but he's just hungry... I've invited him to tea, but he doesn't seem too keen on the idea..." he took a breath and looked at Lok, as if hoping he'd change his mind. "I'm afraid I've botched the story already. Care to join us, miss?"

Boy, he was feeling like a moron... But it was hard when a large wolf-man had you by the front of the shirt and a little girl... Well, young lady, he supposed. He felt much better on his horse... And he would say in normal company... But normal company was a swarm of air-headed women. He'd learned to tread in the massive waves of estrogen he often found himself caught.

"Look, Wolf... Red... I don't know about you, but I'm tired of rescuing... Of slaying, killing, bashing, what have you. Wolf, all you're trying to do is what you're made to do, right? Can't blame ya for that. Red? Doesn't visiting grandma every day get old?" He heard a twig snap nearby, and without thinking tore his shirt out of Lok's grip and pointed dramatically into the bushes. "You, whoever you are, aren't you tired of it too?"

Dash hopped atop the log he'd tripped over and stood with his sword in hand, a bit of a breeze blowing back his hair, "Why don't we stop the monotony? Wolf, what's wrong with some tea? Red, how about you two get ALONG, and better yet, I won't have to save or kill anyone!" It looked like he was about to give a bit of a hop-skip at the idea. In fact, he dropped his sword back into its sheathe and spread his arms wide, "What about that?" the prince gave a chuckle, "And I'm sure there are enough maidens for you to munch outside the forest."

"Hey Wolf!" Red exclaimed happily when Lok emerged from the bushes and trees. Even though the guy always tried to eat her and always DID eat her grandmother, she seemed extremely pleased with the wolf, all the time. To her he was her best friend, her only friend. She never could hate anything, maybe dislike to a point, but never hate. She felt sympathy for the guy. Earlier on she would have offered him to a picnic with her and Grandma, but he always disappeared after she fished Grandma out of his stomach.

"I knew you were hiding somewhere else today. It took me by surprise you know." She raised a brow at him and winked before turning her attention onto the handsome fellow before her. No. Ugly fellow. Stupid fellow.

"I hate bloody princes too." She agreed, narrowed her eyes at the blond haired man. She would have had a better feeling towards any men if they had happened there earlier, happened to come by and save her the FIRST time the wolf had scared the bejeebus out of her. No, they didn't. Now it was too late to be forgiving them either. She wasn't Snow White or Sleeping Beauty, but he could have dropped by a few times to visit or at least say "Hey."

"Save me? Save me from what? You? I don't want to. You're my friend." She said simply and smiled to the wolf. She knew he hated her, but it was okay, she guessed.

"HEY! I thought I told you before. It isn't MY fault I don't have in boobs. You know I can't help it." She said, sounding somewhat sad at the man's insult but after a minute the Prince was off into a tangent about leaving the forest. What did this guy think he was?

He was stupid.

"Tea? I've had enough tea. Tea makes me want to barf all over the place. Grandma's tea is supposedly the best, but it tastes like poop." She declared and tugged her hood back over her head and waited for the man to stop talking and Wolf to eat him. He was annoying.

"Grandma is stupid. She's annoying. Sometimes I feel I should just never leave my home and let her get eaten, STAY in his stomach for all I care. Sometimes I want to eat her myself." Her nose pinched as if she smelled some foul in the air and she waved a hand around. "Always asking me over and never bothering to come visit ME for a change. So what if she's an old hag, she could at least TRY."

"And that breeze is annoying. And put those arms down, you look like a retard." Her brown eyes fluttered over to where the noise had come from and she gave an annoyed sigh. "What is up with these people, Wolf? Coming into our forest like they own the place." Leaning over she picked up her basket again and watched as the prince waited for her or someone to agree to his plan.

"Hey, I'll go...but only if Wolf comes with us. If he doesn't go, I'm not going." She appeared stead-fast on this statement for she inched her way besides said wolf and propped her hands on her hips and tilted her head back only slightly.

"Because it will be boring with just some annoying girly man trailing around acting all...girly."

((Haha ain't she just a sweet-heart?))

As Faust realized he'd been discovered, he wasn't sure what to do. He decided he would show himself. The man's question was an understatement. Faust wasn't tired of his fate, he was absolutely sick of it. So, show himself, he did.

He was already caught anyway. He slipped his hands into his pockets. "Tired? That's not the right word for it..." he said, trailing off a bit. His eyes on the prince, he assessed him rather quickly. The blonde appeared to be a man aptly described with the saying; 'all talk, no action'.

But, Faust was interested. Perhaps these people could be used in his own quest. Whatever would spare him from another awful death and torturing, he would do. He refused to die again as he had countless times before. He would go to any lengths to save his soul.

"Who are you?" he then asked, more or less directed at all three. The other man and young girl seemed to be residents of the forest, while the blonde was probably just passing through this forest, just as Faust was.

[[Yeah, I dunno. >_>; He might attempt somethin' evil... I'm not sure yet.]]

((Hogosh, MY TURN. WOO! And sorry I'm replying so slowly... meh. I'm kinda in and out today... I spent all day inside yesterday... SO TODAY I AM OUTSIDE LOTS! WOOOO! OUTSIDE! YAAAAY SKIN CANCER! *posts*))

Lok frowned, his golden eyes puzzled. "Mister Wolf?" He echoed, rather at a loss of quite how to take that. Though, this pause in his rage didn't last very long, at his words he was storming again. "Do you think you're funny rubbing something like that in my face?!" He demanded harshly. "You've got the easy end of it! At least in the end you WIN something. I never win anything." He snarled. "I'm the WOLF."

At the insult towards his mother he snorted, as though disapointed. "You're heart wasn't in that at all." He remarked. "Pitiful, Princy, truly pitiful."

When the prince began to address Red he rolled his eyes, shrugging a bit for Red to see and he looked a little more than ruffled when she winked at him. He looked away from both of them and muttered to himself. He seemed even more irritated when she mentioned that she was his friend.

"Honestly woman are you trying to embaress me!?" He implored in a low voice, as though the prince wouldn't hear him this way. His yellow eyes were opened wide. "He'll think I'm not doing my job right... if a little girl isn't scared of me..." He trailed off, still muttering to himself.

Lok's somewhat fairer mood was redeemed when Red got upset about his remark. "Bah! It doesn't make it any less to poke fun at." He retorted with a smirk.

It was then that Princy announced that they should all leave, and Red more or less chewed him out. Lok hid a snicker in his paw, but that turned into a growl as the prince escaped his grasp.

"I dunno, Red." Lok replied. "But I don't like it... anymore heroes like him... with that annoying hair in the wind thing going on... I might just gut myself, instead." He said, watching the hero blankly as he stood majestically on his fallen log, that annoying breeze blowing though his hair.

Though, what Red said next made him turn on her. He backed up, hackles raised along his back. "LEAVE?" He paused and repeated it more quietly, more thoughtfully. "Leave?" He looked at her searchingly, his mouth a thin line in his face.

He'd never say so, but somewhere in his black heart he felt a sort of bond to the girl. It was impossible not to after as much time as long as they had known each other, and out of all the little girls or people he had eaten, Red had always been a bit of a different story since she had always saved herself. He scowled. That's what he got for getting to know his meals.

"Fine." He said, flashing his teeth to let them all know he wasn't pleased with this idea at all. He of all people knew better... there was no changing fate. Who were they to challenge it now? Lok would always be as he was, the villian, the villian who always lost.

"But you have to PROMISE me you'll stop that BLASTED wind from blowing through your disgusting yellow hair... elsewise, I'll claw off your scalp."

And then yet another stranger showed up. Lok tugged at his hair and howled miserably. "Enough of this! If you're another hero I SWEAR I'll eat you." And he wasn't. Lok could tell these things right away with people. He righted and glared.

"I'm The Wolf, she's Red, and he's a pansy." He answered. "And you are?" He wanted to know. There was a hard edge on his voice and his hands were gripping into fists.
PostPosted: Fri Jul 06, 2007 3:50 pm

Faust chuckled. "I'm no hero." he said, brushing a bit of hair out of his face futilely. He returned his hand to his pocket. "I'm Faust." he replied, glancing at Wolf's clenched fists. He wasn't affected at all by the edge.

He wasn't easily perturbed, either. Had he cared, he would've asked Wolf and Red if they had real names. But he didn't think he'd be sticking around long enough with these people to care to learn their true names, if those given weren't already.

((I wanted to make sure to tell you guys that I'll be gone, before I leave tomorrow morning. @_____@

So yeah, I'll be gone pretty much all this weekend, next week, and next weekend. I think I'm getting back next Tuesday the 17th.

Hopefully I'll be able to sneak onto my friend's computer while I'm at her house, I'm sure she'll let me. I'll try getting on when I get there, which is Monday, and maybe during the middle of that week or something.

But I'm not going to be on besides those two-three times all the time I'm down in Florida.

So try to keep it slow? I don't want to make it STOP. But seeing at the rate we're posting, I don't think that'll be much of a problem. x3

Yup...as I said, I'll try getting on here and there to check up/post where I need be -for Red or for Amma-.

Anyways. So I'll talk to you guys LATEH...gotta get up earlier tomorrow to get in the car. u___u BLEH!))

((OMG FREAKING TEUFEL! *tackles* Yesyesyes JOIN! *waves arms*))

The prince frowned, somehow a handsome thing in itself. "Well, this Red story I guess I haven't heard before. Aren't you supposed to be sweet and nice?" Despite her attitude though, she DID agree to go. And now, he wasn't sure he wanted her to... "I'm not girly," He added, mostly to himself.

And then the other person who'd been in the forest showed himself. He was a dark looking man - young, but tired. He seemed to be more like the wolf than himself, and just added to the bad mood. However, he DID want to know who everyone was... And this was something that he too wanted to know. Red probably had a real name, and he would bet the wolf did too.

"Percival Eugene Dash the third," the prince sneered, giving a bow before he realized it. "But please, PLEASE call me Dash." He raised an eyebrow at the others. "Maybe it wasn't a good idea to invite them along," he muttered under his breath.

"And I don't control the wind, Wolf." Dash muttered, the breeze dropping as if to prove he were lying. His shoulders drooped and a bit of that light, bright sense to him drifted away. He looked a bit more... normal. "Look, I'm just SICK of it, okay? I don't like cutting up animals because they were hungry. I don't like fixing every BLOODY situation those stupid girls get themselves into. CAN'T THEY LEARN TO STAY SAVED?!" He threw his arms in the air and turned, cape fluttering behind him. "As far as I know, they CAN'T."

He took a deep breath, ran his hands through his hair, and glared at nothing in particular. "They always have to fall into that witches trap, or touch that damned spinning wheel, or be too pretty for their own good. They end up getting their babies taken or locked in a tower or... or..." Dash quite heavily sat on the log, rested his elbows on his knees, chin in hands. "I'm sick of them."

"And YOU GUYS," Dash looked up a moment later, pointing at them, "All you do is call me a pansy, or a girl, because I want to get out of it? DON'T YOU GUYS GET SICK OF IT TOO?! Eating the same girl over and over... It's got to get old. And getting eaten? Can't be fun. I don't know what your story is, but it looks like you sold your soul for something that didn't end up being quite what you thought," he glanced at Faust, "And it's going to happen over and over and over. I'm sick of traveling to gods knows what sort of land to save a stupid woman who's going to just turn around and get in the same kind of trouble. And I'm pretty sure there's not too many dragons left either. Or giants. Or ogres."

He took a deep breath, held it for a moment, then let it out, his shoulders slumping even more. "I'm finished with it. So what I say, is let's all get some tea," the prince glanced at Red a bit heatedly, "And discuss how we're getting out. If you don't want to go, fine. But at least I'm giving you guys the option."

((haha, he's ticked... *pats him on his head* Anyway... YAY POSTIES!))
