Ultima because she's one of the last and most powerful. But just for looks I would have to say Zalera or Mateus.

their fisiology just doesn't make sense! watching them was like watching nightmere of devil may cry 1. just a mass that my brain couldn't figure out! But I choose Famfrit and Adrammelech just because them was the only ones wich I haved the least - eye balls flying out of my eye sockets experiences.
