Why I chose this guild: I'm about to start culinary school this next semester. I plan on doing whatever I need to for class, but I'm not really interested in the cooking of actual meals. I want to be a CAKE ARTIST. I've only created one cake design in my life, and will be making that cake a reality this coming Halloween. SO. I figured this would be a good resource and support place!
Plus, I'll get to brag when I finish projects to you guys. :'D

Why I joined this guild: I'm getting ready to change schools and go to culinary school for pastry. I've made a few of my friends' wedding cakes in the past and I work with chocolate and sugar well, but sometimes you just need a little extra input from others.
