Well, I'm just fat all together, so I really can't help you.
But when I tried (I really tried, too! gonk ) to lose weight, I played a hell of a lot of DDR.
It works your leg muscles and makes you sweat. And sweat, my friend, is a good thing.

As for the hair coming out, if you dye your hair a lot, don't. Because that might be the problem. If not, you might want to see a doctor about it if it gets worse.

Well, I just dyed my hair recently but it has been my first dying and my hair loss problem started way before that. And everyone says that DDR is a good work out and I won't deny that because it probably is, but it is for someone who can actually do it XD I know it is kinda weird and laughable that I can't play DDR, but yeah some things people can't do and that is definitely one for me XD Also, I don't really need to worry about my legs because I used to ride bikes all the time when I actually saw my dad (I haven't since November so I haven't ridden bikes in a while though) and my legs are mostly all muscle. I am just worrying about my stomach mostly and my hair issues XDD

Lol, I'll keep that in mind...I kind of was wondering why my stomach was looking bigger especially right under my chest it bulges out more now and I was like wtf XD
Yeah, I would really love it if you could give me a few tips because when it comes to that stuff I'm totally at a loss XD

Lol, I think I'll stick with walking too because I have large breasts too...one excuse for me hating to do gym class...maybe if I actually did it I wouldn't have this problem XD But yeah I'm a 38C and it really is uncomfortable running around especially if people see you and just stare or laugh at you >.>
Doing 20-30 wouldn't make me bigger since the muscle under the fat thing but it would eventually make a difference right?

Help bring it back. Purple Mooing Llamas...



As long as you get other exercise with it, there is nothing wrong with building up muscle (smexi tummy heart ). You just need to keep a good balance between both. Toning your arms and legs as well would be great. Like using 5-10 pounds weights. Lifting them 40 times slowly or quickly can build up muscle, or strength depending how you do it. 3nodding

And I'm a 36D. sweatdrop

Lol, I think I really do have to tone up my arms...a lot XD I don't think I would be any wheres close to lifting something up 40 times xd I'll try it though and I'll make sure to balance out everything..well try to at least lol.
Damn, that must really suck. Did you ever do gym because I'm uncomfortable doing gym and I'm almost a full cup lower then you. sweatdrop
