Nyoko blinked, watching Heaven take off towards the shore. He grinned; he was already wearing his swim trunks. He threw off his vest and raced towards the water.
Suddenly, he froze, just inches from the tide line. Nyoko drew in a long breath, held it, and slowly exhaled. His eyes were closed, and he continued to breath at the strange pace. After a minute, his eyes snapped open, and he stuck his toes in the water at last.

Heaven had quickly jumped into the water long before him, getting her wings and the rest of her body wet.
"Yay! Ohhh this feels sooooo nice! Especially for a hot day like this!"
She says as she floats on her back, keeping both of her pink eyes shut.

Nyoko nodded slowly, wading into the water. He was a bit nervous at being alone in water without Kira near; he wasn't sure if his power would do something stupid. He felt better after he meditated, but he kept warry.
"Hey, Heaven?" Nyoko inquired, sending a small wave her way. The water picked her up and floated her back towards him, within ear shot. "Who's training you? I mean, with your powers?"

"Hmmm?"
Heaven brought her head up from the water and let the wave bring her up and than back down again.
"Well not too long ago my mom and I went on the computer and looked up a whole bunch of trainers that were doing with physic powers. So we found a couple good ones and went to the places not too long ago. So than we found one very good place and I'll be going there in a week or so. Heh I had forgotten the name of my trainer though...."

Nyoko nodded seriously. "Make sure he treaches you meditation. It's real good if you get upset or angry, and your powers begin to go weird. That was the first thing Mama Kira taught me. Breath in for a count of seven, hold it for seven, and breath out for seven. It seems easy, but it isn't, coz ya gotta empty your mind."
Nyoko was, of course, bragging. But he really did have a point. Meditation was a key factor in mastering any special ability.

Heaven now adjusted herself so that she was now standing on her two feet giving a slight nod towards Nyoko.
"Oh no worries Nyoko my trainer will be sure to do that. It's one of the main things that he will be teaching me. It does sound very interesting though, so I'm pretty excited."
Heaven quickly moves herself through the water and stopped once she was close enough to Nyoko.
She quickly gave him a little splash, letting the water lightly drinkle on him.
"Hee Hee, I splashed you!"
She says cheerfully ^___^

Wrinkling his nose, Nyoko waved his fingers at Heaven. Water surged up behind her. It crashed down, but instead of hitting the angel, it circled around her, as if she was in a pocket of air. When the water stopped, Nyoko stuck out his tongue. "I can beat ya at water-play, Heaven-chan!"

Heaven blinked for a couple seconds re-calculating the events that had just happened.
"Well... I'm better at things that can float!"
She blurted out making her arms go up into the air.

Nyoko smiled, patting her head. "Hmm-mm," he muttered, "I'm sure you are, since the only thing I can make float is toy boats."

Heaven looked up at Nyoko and gave a smile at him.
"Yep!"
She said proud of herself as she crossed her arms and looked up at the sky.

"Hey, Heaven?" Nyoko asked, trying to get a spot of sea salt off his tail, "We're going to Middle School soon, right? Doya think we'll be in any of the same classes?"

Heaven looked back down at Nyoko and than at his tail first helping him get the sea salt off it and than she answered his question.
"Well to tell the truth.... I'm really not too sure myself, but I sure as heck hope so we do! But for now lets not think about that Nyoko! For goodness sakes! It's summer! We should have fun!"

Nyoko wrinkled his nose. "Not much o' a summer for me. Mama Kira's going to be upin' my training, and I finally get to train with Akito-san. It's going to be real hard. But, it'll be worth it!"
He flicked his tail at Heaven's face, smiling. "Mama Kira's also going to teach me more about the place we live. She'll teach me how to get outta scraps, and how to avoid Wolf Youkai...er...all except Aktio."

Heaven had quickly scratched her noise soon after Nyoko's tail had touched her face, making it itchy.
"Well I don't know who Akito is but at least make today feel like a day off, and it's not like I'm gonna be left off the hook either. Like I said before training also starts for me very soon as well."

Nyoko grinned. "Don't let your mama forget about me, ok? We'll hang out again before school starts up!" He tried his best Don't-I-Look-Tough act. "I'll be so strong, you won't reconize me!"
