The ink looks a little busy. Might I suggest varying line-widths more?

The Iconoclast The ink looks a little busy. Might I suggest varying line-widths more? yeah...Its really busy in the hip area....too much clutter and too much of me going detail happy.... though most of me is iffy on wanting to push the weights further.... especially on the sword... any thicker and it look clunky too me...><;

Yes Iconoclast I shall keep that in mind when I put Zahir under the pen.... new s**t tooooday! finished ver of Inquisitor Gendou: and a bit of conceptual work for a game a group of people are doing....my task so far is to desing computer interfaces.... the warmup....to get into the feel of Giger-organic stuff... and the following sketchings of interfaces...

You're a concept artist!!! I love those discriminantly!
Yeah, man. Swquoozy.
Ever thought of taking a fine eraser (like those found on mechanical pencils) and cleaning your lines as you draw them to help with the inking process?
Though I don't ink, I find that it creates a superior "sketch style" when the priority parts are clean and sexy.
Like a girl that shaves the lips but not the mound.
Gendou enjoys your art and so do I. For that reason, I didn't want to mention how His hero's scar is going the opposite way. He bugged me about that when I first drew for 'im.
Keep up the insane amount of detail, mang. Can't wait to see how you progress when you tighten up those lines and vary the thicknesses.

Momoshi: thanks What?: thanks....thats an interesting way of looking at it though....but each to their own....I personally prefer my sketches over any other work I produce... Man....Im suprised that Gendou didn't point that out whe I first showed him the sketch....that bothers me now... and up on the slab today is a "gigerific" sketch I did on a whim...still hammering out forms and whatnot.... I really need to get around and finish Zahir..... some flaws are evident in the anatomy...around the hips in particular...mostly because I took minor giger refs instead of having saveloomis opened...

Neato, I can tell you put effort into this which is great. Good work! 3nodding
The only nitpick I can see is the arm she is extending out; the forearm muscles are tad off which results in the arm looking a bit bent out of shape. The lower muscle should not protrude as much as the upper muscle in that arm position. Also, her left shoulder's connection to her upper arm looks flat in comparison to her upper arm's protruding muscle. It's probably just the shading at that point.
However, only minor details, nothing that utterly destroys the image. 3nodding Just thought you might have wanted some C&C.
Keep 'em coming. heart

You art strangely reminds me of StarCraft concept art. Which is good! (^-^) heart I've never attempted vehicle design. Your sketches make me wanna try though. 3nodding
