Indeed. Things seem to've gotten even more blatant since we were having that discussion, don't they?

On the other hand, they can probably get away with it under what I know of US copyright law, which I think covers non-profit use under the Fair Use Act...

I'll have to look that up, since the items are being sold, even if the users don't know what they're buying when they part with the cash.

I'll have to look that up, since the items are being sold, even if the users don't know what they're buying when they part with the cash.

The whole donation angle might or might not cover that.
Depends if the US courts'd feel like looking at the letter of the law or the spirit.
(The UK courts would probably do the latter, I suspect)
