Also, why is "incest" the only fetish that specifies it's consentual? o.0 Can't the others be consentual, even Necrophilia if you happen to have an appropriate clause in your will?

I think it's the thought that(and mind you this is only speculation, not my own opinion) minors techincally can't consent, because they are not mature enough to comprehend sexuality properly...animals don't speak like we do, regardless if the animal "initiates" said sexual act...and dead people are, well...no longer in control of their mind and/or body, so no, they can't consent. Although that does raise questions about if it would be legal if the decedant wrote specifically that clause in a will...hmm...interesting thought. *shrug*

My guess would be...if it's not consentual, it would become incestual rape and/or possible child sexual abuse(if the relationship is that of a parent/child, and the child is underage). Other than that...
