true... and im sure its allowed. you dont NEED d20 knowledge, but if you run a ramen shop, youd need a cooking skill lmao.
well, the character i made is suna is a high level, yeah, but all he does is teach people and diplomatic stuff. hes a clan leader, so thats all he has time to do.

Okay, so how about this:
When creating a Character, you pick either a Ninja or a Commoner.
A Ninja is what everyone has been creating.
A Commoner is the new choice.
A Ninja has a Ninja Skill Set.
A Commoner has a Common Skill Set.
So..
A Ninja would have Ninja only skills.
A Commoner would have only Common Skills.
Ninjas could train Chakra Control, Strenght, etc.
Commoners could train in Cooking, Strenght, Fishing, etc.
So..
Different Skill Sets for each of the two.
So the Commoners could open shops in the Villages and actually keep track of it..
And the Ninja could stop by and Post there as well.
Possiblities are endless.
Not even the Sky is the limit.

i dont think wed even need to do that. theres already skills for everything. fishing is survival, cooking is technically crafting. youd just need to make sub-skills, which are also already mostly made.

DaRkShAdOw92 Well, this Guild isn't really dying though. And didn't you join just the other day? So how could you know that it's dying? O_o It seems stable and it is getting it's Post Count higher by the day..
Anyways, that's besides the point. a good storyline shouldnt take me to long to whip up, but getting others to accept it will be much harder..for I have to put it up with Kenkaru for his opinion on it..that's scary XD.
As for the attacking Villages/Player Wars..
If a Ninja attacks another village without permission, it's his own head getting cut off and if it doesn't..he's going to start a War accidentally.
Accidental Wars = A lot of yelling and unorganized fighting.
So, we should get a Storyline to base what were fighting for and we should stick to Roles. So each specific Village has a purpose in this War.
And im pretty sure if you go and attack a Village without permission..someones bound to get mad and release some shocking Jutsu up your...yeah. haha lol.
Good suggestion for the War though. Could get things heated up in here.. the hell starting an unexpected war would be awesome just get permission from kenkaro and the the

And im barely scratching the surface of the Battle System. gonk
When this Guild has more Members, then i'll throw in that idea. But for now, it's anyones idea if you wanna grab and go with it. 3nodding
I'm also working alongside some other Guilds so I can't start something big because my Schedule on Gaia keeps on getting tighter by the Minute.
I could however, become a Kage here in this Guild for one of the Villages THEN i would do such a thing. Possibly for Rain since it needs something big to happen but i wont do anything unless I really need to or unless Im empowered to do so..with permission of coarse.
Don't run if you can't walk. And definetly don't fly if you can't crawl.

heh darkshadow feels just like me really im new and im also waiting on kyuu to accept my prof lol but yeah i would love to start a missing-nin i just need to get into some more traning battles so i get down to some of the more complex stuff considering most of my friends on my friends list i go to school with so im sure we could all train and stuff together...hmmmm but i really hope this guild doesnt die cause i think its really cool but we really do need something to get more active people to join

It's kinda reality though.. I don't think we could accomplish such an idea if we havent even scratched the surface of the Battle System yet.
I won't try something like this YET. Only because im new and im busy. Oh, and who listens to newbies, right?

First off: This should not be in the main forum. In the suggestions one at most.
Two: You guys are brand new to the guild and you're talking about such things? I've been here for a year and a half now, and I know that all of the older members are trying their best for this guild to work. We're attempting to make things better. If you have any suggestions for a story line, then feel free to share in the suggestions thread.

Lol I was just kidding.
But maybe, you could overthrow the last Kage and rule by yourself in a new and revolutionary way. Other villages would be wary of you. And stuff.
We are, however, working on a story line, if the Otokage would just post we can get the Suna-Oto war ON!
Also, the comments in this thread are great, these make me happy to be part of this guild ^_^ Also I like the idea that you don't have to start as a ninja and can run shops and shizz, that would definitely take off some of the strain for Kages! Although... D: it did not require a lot of going around to get there... it shows how narrow minded and focused I've become crying that you MUST be a ninja... lol D:

i had an idea a couple weeks ago but didnt say it cuz i thought id get shot down to the point of people hating me or something...
but anyways, the idea is that some (and by some i mean quite a few) ninjas from Suna and Iwa move deep deep into the desert, in between the two countries, and claim a section of land as their own, making a new village and "province" and whatnot. of course, i dont know if that would cause too much strain, or screw with the crews plans, but it crossed my mind and i thought id bring it up.
