I'd have to say the guy with the feather head dress too. But if Light became a shinigami, then despite everything- it's going to be him. ^^

I Have the names of all the shinigami that show up in the manga or if they are even mentioed. I translated it to english with a program. so the translation sucks. Dont kill the messenger.
