Yes well, Kurai was feeling somewhat nostalgiac or something and was talking about how he and I worked together to raise money for this guild (along with generous donations from Chii, Rene, and everybody else that I'm too lazy to mention right now). So yea, here for your viewing pleasure, ladies and gentlemen of Ria High, I give you the history of your guild, the BIRTH of Ria High:
It was a day like any other, a time not too long ago, when a man, led by the wise words of a young Chii, first set foot upon this glorious world of Gaia. That man's name, was KuraiGekkou. Impressed and excited at what he saw in this world, Kurai, filled with a fiery determination, put his foot firmly upon the ground and proclaimed, "Upon this land I will rebuild Ria to ALL its former glory." For Kurai wished to revive the Golden Age of Ria, a time of peace (sorta) and RPing bliss. It was a place where titans did battle, where love erupted, and where betrayals stabbed like a thousand knives. However, like all great things, the golden age would not last. Sadly, men grew jaded with the bustling world of Ria and began to turn their backs on her. Others fell under the oppression of that terrible evil which deems itself 'School'. And so, Ria fell. Attempts to revive this fallen angel were short lived. But all that was about to change. For this was GAIA. The WORLD of anime roleplaying. HERE, Ria would live again! And thus, Kurai set to work, posting furiously to raise the funding necessary for the rebirth of Ria. Aiding him in his quest were many old comrades from the golden age: Rene, Chii, Sakura, as well as new allies, veteran to the world of Gaia: Susie, Tiffany, Joy, Uwasa. After a great deal of pursuasion, Ky, Kurai's long time rival, arrived at Gaia as well, also ready to relive the days where he and Kurai could engage in epic battles that would shake the very foundations upon which Ria stood. Together, this unlikely fellowship began working towards the light, posting, advertising, donating. But the way was difficult and the going was slow. It seemed that the dream would require several months before fulfillment. However...unknown to all, deep within the seas of Gaia, something was stirring. Then, one brilliant day, a man named Logan completed his invention, the "fishing rod" and began questing for these strange creatures of the deep. Finding that with his inventions, he could capture these strange beings, which he adequetly dubbed "fish," Logan found that they could be sold for a fair price. And so, the lucrative business of fishing was born. Those of the Rian dream made haste to seize this opportunity. At first, the going was slow, barely more profitable than normal posting. However, Kurai, Ky, and Sakura refused to back down. They fished, oftentimes for hours on end, honing their skills, until they had become masters of the sea. With this newfound power, came a new hope. Ria High may yet live to see the day. Fishing furiously, the trio (along with a large donation from Gaia and Ria veteran Chii) finally raised the proper amount of funding. And THUS, Ria High was born, and with it the Golden Age of Ria lived again!
Yea, so I dramatized it a little but there you go everyone. Ria High was built on fish.

With some research through my xanga site. I may have concluded with a so and so set Ria high Birthdate. Tuesday, February 18, 2003 basically i was here at matts rping stite the whole day zzz http://ria.proboards15.com join it people who know him. its a heck a lot of fun! and some interesting entries.. Alan! <<(Urm... can I call you that?) Are you really gonna leave Ria?! All the old people are gone! Dun leave me with the new people! PLZ! Ur one of the last cool people on Ria! Ria High has a lot of NPCs and places are based on many characters that were part of Ria history itself.
Most of them are listed in the NPC profiles area. But some of them are not. So we might as well tackle a full list now shall we? XD.
Ishoa- Possibly Rian Veterans most favorite Returned character. IShoa is actually Oni-Aoshi from Ria 2. The well knowned NPC Villan (and first) which Rians fought and tried to kill as a team. Saya and Truinis were able to make the final blow on this monster. (even though many people wanted it to continue more XP).
Gen: - One NPC that dosen't seem to get much spotlight as the other NPCs. Gen is actually based on the creator of Ria 2's Ria Character. Gen is often confused with Aran (i confuse them all the time XP)
II-CH And Adrien - Adrien and his favorite Ship II-CH is actually a reference to our first lovers in Ria EVER. Good ol Chii and Adrien. Chii was basically a spin off of Chi from Chobits, but still a very orignal character. Adrien on the other hand was i believe our first angel character in Ria (And a Male! GASP!) Both Chii and Adrien are very close. Kurai tried to steal Adrien before though XP. While Chii was always famous for selling her cotton candy and flowers. Very good times. Now Adrien in Ria high is a airship teacher looking for his lost love. Chii maybe? who knows XP. That Pink Airship named II-CH is pretty spiffy looking nevertheless.
Aran Stage:- Based on The creator of Ria 2's Ria character. Aran was the lover of Mattus. Perhaps she still is? these doom fated lovers are both literary genuises nevertheless. Aran was cursed (or something) which brought battles between Mattus and Aran. Aran appears in Ria high as a stage or something like that. A mere memory for Mattus.
Mattus- Mattus is the orignal creator of Ria. Yup. The Creator. His character is very unique usually displayed as a laid back character. His first character was a bounty hunter and then eventually evolved into.. some gunblade user and such. Now in Ria high, he is a young hip Principal with earphones around his neck all the time.
Renim- Renim was the first Player created Villian, and will always be remembered for the legendary event of Crashing the Space stations Sector 3 into The Oaka temple. even though Yvonne (Mother Aili's Priestess during that time) created a barrier to block off the damage. Renim now is a teacher NPC character which may or may not be an andriod (I dunt even know yet) working with Violet. She has no evil intentions. At least.. none known to us.
Yvonne, Vega, Kari, and Neith - 4 very kewl female characters Mother Aili used during the 3 stages of Ria. Yvonne was the first priestess of the Oaka temple. Kari and Vega were 2nd priestesses to rule over the Oaka temple, and Neith was the 3rd priestess to rule over Oaka temple. They have yet to appear in Ria high, but i hope to have some way to add them in as a tribute to Mother AIli's awsome characters. Maybe as teachers?
Erin Rainbow, DeeJay, Sara and Jess Toto- These four are not Ria releated at all actually. These 4 came from during my Neopets days. Deejay and Sara are more or less involved in my RPG game Darkmoons (Which i never finished). Everyone loved Aim roleplaying with Deejay's pizza palor in and Sara as a pyscho chipmunk scared gurl. Now their spirit lives on within the Pizza palor here at Ria high. Sara and Jess are the two running the pet shop now. These two are "BFF" Two very pokemon obssesed gals and neopet addicts. Erin is now an artist in real life drawing furries of course. Jess i have yet to hear from. But a tribute to those nevertheless XD.
ZeeJack- The spiffy Vendor who now lives about Mythrill beach, Seems to be close to DeeJay. But in real Ria sense, these two never even got to see each other. ZeeJack was known as an 'annoying' person in Ria 1 for his pure stupidity in RPing. The poor guy was shunned uponed and every one hated him. It was till Ria 2 and Fyia he rose up as an amazing RPier teaming up with Truinis here and there and his awesome character named Banana in Fyia. So how did he end up becoming a vendor in Ria? Well in the Ria RPG (The first one) i put ZeeJack as a vendor who comes every now and then selling limited items. I thought. How kewl was it? i mean. THE ZEE MART. I had to bring him back as a Japanese style seller on the beach. A tribute to our underdog RPier :: cheers::
