You see.. I think that Sakura will find Sasuke and Deidara and Tobi which is in the Akatsuki. Since Sakura found the Jackpot, she wouldn't want to keep her eyes off them incase they escape right?
I think Sakura will stay there telling the dogs to get Kakashi and the others while hoping she won't get noticed by the Akatsuki or Sasuke.
That actually does sound logical. But it'd be nice if she decided to confront Sasuke on her own in the aftermath of the Deidara fight. I just want interaction. crying

Uhrm...
I can't really see Karin and Sakura becoming friends.
A few reasons:
1. Karin is a freaking... fangirl.
2. Sakura is too professional to befriend the enemy.
3. My personal belief is that Sakura is stronger then Karin.
And, also, I'm not quite sure that they'd fight.
Think about it this way:
Karin is no where close to what Sasori was. And Sakura defeated him with relative ease. Albeit the help from Chiyo, it wasn't that much of a hugely challenging fight. There was a chance of her dying of course, but not an overly huge one.

I'd love it if it happened, but as of now, I'm not too sure. Sakura could be nowhere near Sasuke, actually. Whatever scent of Sasuke the dogs picked up, that scent was on Karin. It was Karin they followed, not Sasuke. Since that chapter, my hopes of a SasuSaku reunion has been diminished somewhat...
But whatever. There's no telling how near or far Sakura is from Sasuke as of the recent chapters, so there's still a 50-50 chance that they might meet. Hopefully with Sasuke having some big injury.
If it's Sasuke vs Tobi, I can see it as Sakura watching the battle, but she'd probably get seen anyway. As a sign of loyalty to Sakura, she'll insist her help in the form of healing. It's one scenario, but it's a small percentage of the 50 that says they'll meet.
As for Sakura vs Karin... I'm almost sure that it'll happen. Kishimoto's love for parallelism will come into play. I do wonder how strong Karin is, though. Hopefully strong enough to make Sakura break into a sweat at least - I love seeing Sakura fight.
What I DON'T see is Karin and Sakura becoming "okay" with each other. Seeing the deepseated feelings Sakura has for Sasuke (not necessarily love, but I'm hoping like the rest of y'all) and the fangirly way Karin regards Sasuke, I'm just not seeing it. In different circumstances, probably.
@F ! Z Z L E `: I don't think Sakura defeated Sasori with ease. Remember, she got run through by a poisoned sword, and would've died if not for Chiyo-baasan's intervention. But your points about Karin and Sakura's "possible" friendship pretty much covered whatever else I wanted to say. blaugh

Oh yeah and on topic, Sasuke seriously needs to get healed by Sakura. But then...I see him making her mad and saying something bad a**....and then Sakura is gonna get pissed because karin is laughing at her or something...dno't forget that even though Sakura can be professional, she still has a temper.

Not only is Karin not an enemy [to Konoha], I don't think Sakura is no longer so shallow as to hate someone because they also like the boy she likes. She may become jealous, yes, but that is a normal human emotion, and if Sakura has matured as much as Kishimoto has shown her to, then she wouldn't let something like that get the best of her. 3. This is your opinion so I leave alone~ nyaa. We know nothing about Karin's strengths to know how close she was to Sasori. Also, just because a battle was short, does not mean it was easy. Sasori was very close to defeating them BOTH, which that, alone, should tell you of his strength. Sakura was also badly beat up at the end of the battle. If the battle with Sasori was so easy, she wouldn't been out of there no sweat. Not to mention, Sasori was of the Akatsuki, and Sakura was just a Chuunin. Without Chiyo, Sakura would've been as good as dead ( No Offence ).

I pretty much think that the scent of Sasuke is on Karin, BUT we I still think what I said above MIGHT happen. (I mean, Kishimoto is a very tricky man) Although, I believe that if the scent of Sasuke is on Karin then he really couldnt be that far, I mean, the dogs are going to pick up Sasuke fighting, or Deidara. You never know. There is blood and stuff. It's not like they are running away, Its in a pretty contained area.
Sakura has grown up to a point where she doesn't care if someone likes Sasuke (Well, she does but I don't see her hating someone for it. She has too kind of a heart) But I still dont see Sakura and Karin becoming friends. I think she is too, well, uhm, unplanned for her. No one really knows her intentions, and what's clear is that she is VERY loyal to Orchimaru. And in all honesty, Konoha and Oro do not mix. Not saying that Karin herself is an enemy, but she is an enemy by association.
As for Sakura seeing the fangirliness, she will probably find it annoying and very Pre-Ino/Sakura-ish. Probably be like "Was I really that annoying?" You know, she is very open about how she was and grown up. I dont see her fangirling over Sasuke, just valuing that he is alive has been enough for her.
Suigetsu is not really an enemy to Konoha, but an enemy to their alliance. The Wave Country, he did study under Zabuza, he became a missing-nin. And Juugen...IDK. He is the most confusing character of any of them. Though, I think that's why I find him so funny.
So I guess like Tenshi-chan said that there is a pretty much 50/50 chance of a SasuSaku reunion that I am waiting to see. (Basically, we all are. )
And again, those are my thoughts on the whole situation. Again XD.

I'm not going to comment on Karin's liking of Sasuke. That's not a reason for Sakura NOT to befriend her, should they befriend for some reason. It's a part of Karin's characterization, and it's not all that important. There are other qualities of her character that people keep overlooking-- ones that are more important to the storyline.
Anyway, for the actual point of this topic:
I told Immeh, Kairi and Iia the same thing I'm going to say now XD If Karin and Sakura haven't heard or detected the explosions, or the DOGS haven't smelled the explosive powder or heard anything, then they're definently not close enough to miraculously appear at the battle. Remember, the nin dogs don't smell Sasuke right now-- they smell Sasuke ON Karin. That should aslo tell you how far away Sasuke must be from them right now.
As lovely as it would be for Sakura to appear and heal Sasuke with her medical ninjutsu, I'm doubting it this time. If anyone will show up at the battle, I think it'll be Juugo (he IS the only character in a forest, like Sasuke, and he did vow to protect Sasuke with his life, because Kimimaro did). And if anyone will be healing Sasuke, it'll probably be Karin ( I really think she's a medical ninja... and I don't think Sasuke's stupid enough to make a team to go after Akatsuki without enlisting at least one medical nin-- she's the one with the most medical-like knowledge, so I'd expect her to the one in that place.).
Unless, by some unforseen action, Sakura ends up following Karin back to Sasuke completely undetected and just takes over :/ Which I doubt.

I really don't like Karin she's a p***k so I don't really want her to be friends with Sakura but at the same time I don't want her to have a fight with Sakura over Sasuke that would be annoying. I really hope Sakura finds Sasuke after the fight with Deidara and heals him though.
