My first scamming PM! I was so excited. xDDDAngel_Fantasy G-banner 1 "Hello, this is an auto message sent to you from the admin team [group 2] because your account has been reported for: attempted hacking, scamming, trolling, or life threatening Our reports are never 100% accurate but we need to run a quick review of your account, checking the trade, and marketplace history. If you could please fill out this form and send it to gaia_banner_1@hotmail.com password: username: email address: Usually admins never ask for your password but for serious cases like this we have no choice. If you fail to respond to this message 24hr. after opening, your account can, and will be banned along with your IP address. ATTENTION! We are very carefull and want to make sure you are safe, this is the reason this message pops up. BUT, your case is very rare, and in these cases we have no choice but for you to fill the form, It is very important you understand this. NOTICE! After scanning your account, if all is good and the reports are proven wrong, you will receive 10,000g as a sorry from us to you Haha! A very hilarious scamming PM, I must admit. Quite a few spelling and grammar errors here and there, and from a supposed admin! Brave act too, since Gaia's been posting tons of announcements on the username colors of mods and admins of Gaia.
I wonder where you saw my username from, to be able to send me a PM? Since I've hardly been online for the last two weeks due to vacations. Oh, yes. Vacationing without a laptop gives me great opportunity to hack/scam/threaten other Gaia users.
Just for future references, Gaia admins would not require you to send them back a reply through email. If they truly worked for Gaia, then other than the big mistake of asking for a user's password, it's asking them to send this information back through hotmail. Plus, their avatar would most likely be better dressed, and their username would sound more authoritative and mod/admin-ish.
Think of a better scamming method, please? Thanks for the laugh, but you've just been reported.

OMG I've seen people saying "I'll hack for you - fill this out and I will hack:
Username: Password: Account you wanna hack: Items you want:
Email it to me" There was one case where it was just:
Username: Password: Stuff you want:
And even
Give me your username and password and I'll hack for you.
LMFAO!

I don't find these PMs funny. A close friend of mine on Gaia fell for one of those. But you have to understand, she's fairly young and was scared. She didn't want to get banned for something she didn't do, not realizing it was fake. So she was hacked. The hacker even changed her password so she couldn't get back. I fixed her password problem and she discovered the hacker's horrible deed. He took all her gold and all her valuable items. Feeling bad for her, I reported the hacker. I knew a lot so ha ha to that hacker. My friend got her stuff back from a real moderator and now I'm questing to get her a winter rose. ^^ I hate hackers. Hate them, hate them, hate them.
