"Oh, well thats nice of him. Sounds like a nice man, perhaps I can borry a book or two off him sometime." PJ turned towards the kitchen as his tea kettle began to blow. "Oh, tea is done, would you like some?"
Junketsu smiled and nodded, she then shut the box and puxhed it back under her bed, then turned back to Jani. What should they do now?

Jani didn't know if Junketsu was allowed to have candy, and frankly she didn't really care. She dug into her overalls pocket and produced two suckers. A blue one and a green one. Hopefully the smaller girl would choose blue; green was one of Jani's favorite colors.
Indu gave a tight smile and nodded.
"Yeah, maybe sometime... Tea? I'd love some. So, how're you...?"

Just as Jani had hopped Junketsu did take blue. She liked blue, daddy's room was blue, as was much of the house. She ripped the wrapper off and stuck the candy in her mouth. "nummies!"
"Yes, alright then." PJ stood up and walked into the kitchen, as he was preparing the drinks her shouted into the other room. "I'm very well, very well indeed. And yourself?"

Jani stuck the green one in her mouth, pleased, and looked around the room quietly, letting the other girl entertain herself with the candy while she explored a bit. Upon reaching Junketsu's stuffed animal stock-pile, the blond grabbed the cow and held it with a warm smile, thinking of their first meeting. Not that she remembered it well. It seemed like Junketsu had always been her friend. Why did the pony-tailed baby have so many toys? Indu didn't give Jani all that many...
Indu's eyes moved about the room as she opened them and she paused before answering.
"Oh... I'm doing well. Getting used to this life, anyway."

Junketsu was still busy with the candy, however she did look over to Jani and smiled. She seemed to be having fun, Junketsu crawled over and tapped Jani on the shoulder. She wanted to show her something, something fun.
"Yes, I know indeed what you mean. Having children has greatly altered my life quiet a bit. While a child, and you have well several don't you?" PJ walked back into the sitting room carring a silver tray, atop was two cups full of tea, next to a small plate of biscuts. On the bottom of the silver try was PJ's family crest.

Both of Jani's eyebrows rose up and she grinned eagerly at her smaller friend.
"Show 'meh!"
The little blonde was excited and bounced eagerly on the balls of her feet.

"Yeah, I have quite a few, but my neice and her girlfriend have moved in to help me take care of them."
Indu accepted the cup with a smile of thanks, sipping it slowly and eyeing the crest.
"What's that?"

Junketsu nodded and slowly backed away from the pile, she was standing now, and able to walk. However she was a bit unbalanced still. "kay" Junketsu began to run as fast as se could without falling over, and jumped into the pile of toys. "ha!"
"Well, your very lucky then, very lucky indeed. I pretty much have to take Junkie with me everyplace I go. PJ took a seat next and Indu and began to lift his cup to his mouth. "Oh you mean that thing? Just my family insignia, I was able to save some junk from the house. This tea set was one of them.

Jani followed eagerly, her sparkling grin on her face as she dived into the pile, was this what her friend wanted?

Nope, this wasn't all Junketsu wanted to show her, she dug through the pile of dolls, and in the very center was a small picture book of various foods. She opened to one page and pointed at the picture. "apple!"
"Yes, I suppose its okay. What about your family? You never seem to mention them at all."

The blonde looked proud of her friend's pronounciation then stared at the book, turning the pages until she came to an object that made her grin.
"Taytoe!"

"Oh. My parents are dead now, but we didn't get along in the first place."
She calmly took another sip of tea, voice cold. Afterall, her father had abused her little sister, and her mother had done nothing to stop it...

Junketsu looked at the picture and smiled "Potato!" She turned another few pages and stopped. "ook! milk!"
PJ realized by the tone of her voice that he most definatly hit a nerve, and so he changed the topic right away. "So, lovely day?"

Jani pointed at the milk and instead of saying it's name looked confused.

((Sorry, I've been busy, but I'm back now <3))
Junketsu looked a bit confused then shook her head. "no milky" She turned the page and pointed to another picture, this one was of a piece of cake. "see cake!" Junketsu was trying to show Jani that she know knew loads about different kinds of foods.
"Oh, well okay then. I'll call you tomorrow. Bye bye, have a pleasant evening."

Jani knew plenty of words, but most of them didn't involve food. Or shouldn't, anyways.

"No cake?" Junketsu looked puzzled, how could you have never had any cake ever? She quickly crawled to her door and called for her father. "daddy cake now!"
"Hmmm...cake, I'm not sure. I don't think Indu would like Jani to have any cake. But maybe a little wouldn't hurt?"
