0.06 seconds using ProtoMan v3 on something in the Secret Area. If I remember correctly, it was a NoBeam2 (160HP, a Magnum2 or 3 (which ever one has 200HP), and a Volcano series virus (the second one, I think). The custom bar didn't even have a chance to start filling. It was totally blank.

maybe my game is messed but when I deleted a mettaur it told me that I beat him in 00:00:00 seconds

Can it be a navi? If so, my fastest was 00:17:46 (yes I remember it) on Bass at the end of MMBN2 (before I fought Gospel)

I have 00:00 on Battle Networks 3-5. I used any very powerful chip that stops time and hits every enemy. They were all against Mettars.

My fastest time beating a Navi without a P.A. was 4 seconds something miliseconds. it was in MMBN 5 Team Colonel, I beat CloudMan Omega with the TamahawkMan Chaos Union(400 damage lance) twice on him. that is 800 for each hit cuase he is elec

.02 secs on some viruses (i forget which ones) in secret area 2 in BN3 using ProtomanV3, fastes navi delete against Flashman in under 10 seconds.
