A frown found it's way on the muzzle of the stallion while the statements that came from the child filled the air; he too, had once been in the same kind of predicament, but instead decided to run from his homeland. Wisdom, though, kept him from telling the child what that delicate past had been like. He did not wish to be the reason for any harm come to the colt.
Instead he left that statement alone, and just gave a curt nod before talking. "You are jusssst young, I am ssure when you are older, you will have found triccksss of your trade. It takesss time to get good at something. Trust me." which was in more of a stated way, instead of a hopeful way. Somethings he did now were not as well done in his youth.
"I would asssume it'sss becaussse I am uniquely apparent. It isss not often you find a horsse, unicorn or not, with a jagged mouth. Normally we're.. lesss.. strange. Glowy eyesss doesn't help either." A laugh finished that, before nodding. "Although, I am sssure somedays I can be asss normal asss a plain white stallion."

Spade grinned, and felt better by the stallions words. "Well ignoring what others might say and stuff, I think you are really cool." even if he was a Unicorn, anyhow. "I just hope I can grow up well like you did, and keep a good head on my shoulders."
With a confident puff of his chest, and circled the stallion playfully, and pawed at the ground after. "Its getting kinda late, and I know my mom will get mad or think I died if I don't return eventually. I've already been gone two days.." Yeah, he did have a horrible habit of getting lost.
"Well, maybe I will find you when I get older. Either way, stay strong, and I will also do the same." With a childish nod, he sniffed the air for the correct direction, and then darted away from where the stallion stood. Yes.. Jack was much cooler then he had first thought.

Upon watching the youth make his little playful dance around him, Jack felt the air around them feel much lighter, almost as if many a thing had suddenly untangled, allowing for some room of thought, and a life lesson or two for both of them. One of them learnt that being a certain race did not make you a staple personality, and the other learning more and more about the habits of foals.
With a low nod, he watched as Spade went to leave for home, before turning the opposite direction, his range of sight viewing the setting sunlight. "Mmh. I sssuppossse it would be bessst for me depart alssso. I have dependantsss that like to know I have not departed from thisss world." He stated, before catching the last glimpse of conversation from the red colt before he darted off.
"Be well, and be enlighted, dear Sspade," he called out, almost softly, before breaking out into a run, back to where he had began his daily journey.
