hi I understand how you feel i am also 18 and have just graduated! I have had my fair share of boyfriends though and no they weren't the greatest when it came to looks but they were really sweet! At least like she said untill someone better looking came along... Then I dated this one guy who lived a litte distance away and he never introduced me to his friends and all... well when we broke up we stayed close friends and then he was hanging out with some of his friends and all. Well his friend stole his cell and started talking to me well all ways great and it seemed like there was some true potential there for a relationship we had tons in common and all well that was until he saw my picture! Then all the plans we had made to hang out the following day and all went out the door and that was the end of that! Basically when I asked what his issue with me was and he stated the first line from I am a little teapot... replacing I's with you's... I dunno... I ended up telling him he was a shallow jerk and that was the last we talked... But I really didnt care I am confident with who i am and if someone cant accept that then they arent worth it! Plus would you really want someone whos so skinny and "perfect" yets sits there and complains they are fat or arent pretty enough.... Plus what really is beauty??? As a great friend of told me beauty is all about confidence and knowing there is someone out there for you! So dont let guys or relationships define you! They dont plus most guys wont start matureing untill they are like 30 anyways! so just put yourself out there and see what happens! ~also remember confidence is key!~

Although it seems this guy is a bit immature if he's telling you how he can barely fit his arms around you. What is he 5 or something? rolleyes

I never dated guys from high school...they were always shallow or just plain childish. I'm only 20 and the majority of my relationships have been with men at least 3 years my senior. I can tell you the general high school feeling of awkward coutrship just isn't there, and I'm thankful for it.

I know a woman who is about twice my size, and she's the most confident, sexy, well-rounded, intelligent woman I've ever met. The men practically beg to date her...I've seen it happen. xd

It's never about the weight. And when it is, he's not worth it. *hug*
