Edge put up his knees before Jericho hit, hoping to block and hit him hard in the stomach.

The block worked, and Jericho rolled aside clutching at his ribs in pain.

Edge stood up and went for a quick legdrop onto his downed opponent.

The legdrop hit and Edge went back into the corner, waiting for his opponent to stand, preparing for the Spear. After a few seconds, Jericho stirred and began standing. Edge charged and hit Jericho with the Spear, just as Jericho was turning around to face him. Edge hooked Jericho's leg and demanded the ref start couting.

3!!
The bell rang and Edge's theme music began playing, as the announcer named him the winner. Edge slid down under the bottom rope and laughed as he looked at his downed opponent as he began walking backwards up the ramp.
