Some Sylphs seemed to take longer then others, so who knew how long it would take; and none of them would learn about the gender, except the researchers, until the Sylph had been born. That's the way it always was - no information was released at all, until the Sylph was human.
Nikita guessed that was so that if they made a mistake, no one would know.
"Alright...I'll call you when the Sylph is born."
Folding the paper carefully, Nikita placed it in his pocket; he was going to be sure to not lose it. He had a feeling he'd be in trouble, if he did.
