Wisdom teeth: I had mine out when I was in high school. I got them taken out on a Thursday, and on Monday I was auditioning for the lead role in a production of Bus Stop (yes, the Marilyn Monroe movie). I got understudy, even with my face swollen and bruised and barely able to talk, so I'm going to claim credit for being an awesome actress. wink
Hummous: Well made hummous is delicious. Poorly made hummous can make a person truly ill. I've had both. The best, other than my homemade version, is from Oasis, which has a zero-fat version (no tahini, no olive oil). I like their Original variety and their Roasted Red Pepper kind; my best friend prefers their Shiitake Mushroom and their Mediterranean Medly versions. My homemade version is also zero-fat and a wee bit spicy.

My recipe's very easy. A large can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans), about a teaspoon of lime juice, two of lemon juice, one whole roasted red pepper, and a 1/2 teaspoon of salt (or less, if you're not a salt lover). Whir in a food processor until creamy.

Okay, guys, it comes. On Tuesday they'll take out another wisdom tooth... It'd be the 2/4 for now. Until the end of the vacation it'll be 4/4, I guess... OUCH!
