Uh... Is the ToS OVA even going to BE brought over here? It doesn't seem like the type of thing that would get liscened in the States or Europe. >_>

The Eternia and Phantasia ones weren't brought over, so its highly unlikely that the Symphonia one would come over.

But you can't forget that Tales of Symphonia was probably the most popular 'Tales of' game yet, both in Japan and in America...

 It's true that Symphonia is the most popular Tales game in America, but compared to the other video games brought over here, its really not that popular. In the States, the Tales of series are more like a cult favorite. ...Symphonia is the most popular Tales game in Japan? I heard it was the flop of the series.

BakaUndine ...Symphonia is the most popular Tales game in Japan? I heard it was the flop of the series. Then why would they make this OAV in Japan? rolleyes There have been many other Tales games that didn't get an OAV. I don't see how Symphonia would get one if it were the "flop" of the series.

Exactly.
EDIT: The flop of the series here would probably be Legendia. xD;

I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere... Anyway, I think the hopes of the ToS OVA coming to the states or Europe are pretty slim, unless we wait a couple years. XD I actually like Genis's English voice. The first time I heard him talk in the OVA I though it was Raine. D:

Hey, that's just what I heard from a LOT of people, DUN B MEEN!!!11 gonk I still doubt that that Symphonia is most popular in Japan. I think that Abyss is LOT more popular over in the land of the Rising Sun.

 Legendia was seriously an underrated game in America in my opinion. Storyline was decent, beautiful music which was one of the best in the series, and character's were great as well, again in my opinion. The only thing I really hated were the Shirley and random enemy encounters. I think Tales of Destiny was better overall though from the Tales games I've played. 3nodding

Those random encounters annoy the living crap outta me. I do adore the music though. heart

Even holy bottles didn't work effectively against the random encounters. sweatdrop It annoyed me the most in the last dungeon.

Oh, I loved the drawings, and the stoyline. I think picking bits of the game out made it better in the longrun.... Despite the fact that, eh, it was in japanese and I didn't catch a word of what they were saying. xD But I played the game, so I could.....Assume... What they were saying. xDD

I actually didn't get close to the end. I was too fed up with the random encounters, and I couldn't find the place you're supposed to go after you first go to the Ferines base. I'm planning on taking another crack at it though, seeing as I forgot my Abyss game at my summer house. sweatdrop
