Yes I am now in command - with four vice-captains (including kimishima - for when he returns)
As for the MEchs, donuts, and break room - sure why not -now just to figure out how to do it

Damn senor - thats a good deal of money - well if you are willing - your prize for recruitment can be your promotion - That way I can just pay the gold I have to 2nd and 3rd place
