The small male lifted his head, a smile widening on his lips. "Naharia!" He stood, jumping down to the ground. "It's been a long time." The dusk purple eyes fell upon the cubs at the squeaky voice. "And who are these lovely lionesses? Sweet angels?" Jay laid on the ground, head even it. To gain a better look at them.

Areli had kept mostly to herself after the cubs where born. The role of Queen had escaped her, much to her dissapointment, though she said nothing of it. Her mood did seem to change, though. She was much quieter than before, didn't talk much, usually held herself close to her two adoptive sons,... and her new... Adoptive-Daughter-Enlaw? She never really thought twice about it. Sin was a part of the Pride, and the mate to her 'son'. That's all.
At dawn's ring, as the darkness of the sky faded, she padded away from the den, making way to the river, fallowing it's bank until when she looked over her shoulder, Scarlet Shadows was only barely seen... but the Shadow it was. She plopped down lazily with a slight thud, resting her paw over the edge of the bank, feeling the night-cold water circle around her toes. Areli stared into the water for a short time, before closing her eyes. She hadn't slept well, needed that extra little bit of sleep.
Fatale.. was ignoring the sun for the moment, still curled up like a kitten in the back of the den. It was only a wonder what she was thinking about... dreaming about, rather. Fatale was odd in that sence.. you never 'really' knew what she was thinking. She was always sweet and... fairly open,... but, her thoughts loved to keep themselves couped up inside of her.
Half a mile from the border, the dark blue main, tan and cyan coat shook in the morning wind. "Ann-marie.... Scarlet Shadows..." His eyes scanned over the horizon, only barely seeing the den from their place. Hajari made sure not to near the border yet, waiting for his mate to fall beside him. He sat back on his haunches, smiling back at the dark coated, light clothed lioness.
[I wont post for Llail yet, since I don't know if in the pride they'd be teens yet.]

Airithn paused at the border, her red eyes scanning the area. This was Rellicks pride, she hoped. She stood, and let out a feminine roar, hoping she hadn't woken anyone. She had been wandering toward his pride, making several stops along the way of course. Mirrin, and her sister had been thrilled to see her out, and she had told them where she was headed.
With a slight yawn, she sat at the border, awaiting someone to join her.

((I have no problem with the cubs being teens....))
Rellick paced through his lands on a casual walk through his Pride Lands. A faintly familiar roar danced on the wind and caught his attention, turning toward the sound he smiled. Ahh, so she had come after all.. Airithn... He roared back and leapt into an easy lope, moving toward the border at an easy, ground-eating pace. "Airithn... How interesting you will find this Pride." He mused to himself.
Naharia smiled and moved backwards half-a-step, nosing the kits forward to meet their grandsire. She smiled joyously at Jayvyn's greeting, happy he was so social. "Yes Jayvyn, it has... I wanted to say I'm sorry we never really got a chance to speak.. But these lovelies are my daughters, Nadasaya and Sitian."
Nadasaya grinned, bouncing forward happily enough. "Hi Jayvyn! Is it true you're the second King? Is it true I'm a Princess? Momma said I'm a Princess... I think I'd really like to be a Princess...."
Sitian stepped forward and carefully bopped her sister on the nose with her tailfeathers. She smiled sweetly at Jayvyn, and tilted her head. "I'm Sitian, its a pleasure to meet you Jayvyn."

Airithn smiled warmly. So she had found the right place. She sat silently, her red eyes taking in the area. A large lake, perfect for a pride...this was a lovely place. She liked it already. The Guardian gave a smile when she spotted Rellick. This place already felt like home.

He chuckled softly. "Yes it's all true." The Dark King nuzzled the cubs.
Raised his head as he heard his hearts roar. And a femme's roar. His heart pinged with instant jealousy, but he crushed it. No need to make first assumptions yet.

A ripple of muscle moved from the cave toward the outside world. Much had changed since his stay here at Scarlet Shadows. He had long since forgotten his hell-bent path for revenge, and decided to settle here with his newly found love, Jadera. She had healed him, as well as his mother. After a few days rest, Leanna had gone to wander again. Last time he heard of her was that she had cubs with a rogue named Duncan. He was treating her well, better then that b*****d father of his.
Flicking his ears, he heard the roar from the boarder. Well, he was warrior, he needed to do his part. Trotting next to the king, he gave Rellick a slight bow. "G'day Sire. I hope the fates have been well to you." He spoke quietly, his tone still serious. Flicking his tail, he stared over at the boarder noticing a lioness. "Seems we have company. I'll follow, but stay quiet, as usual King Rellick. I'm not much for words." He gave a slight chuff.

Rellick smiled at Jager and nodded, having grow to like the usually silent warrior in the time he had spent with the Pride. Airithn's arrival was sure to ruffle a few feathers, but she was a kind, compassionate lioness... Much like Jadera, with a bit of spirit... He liked that. It made him miss his sister.... "You are welcome to accompany me, Jager... I would welcome it..." Rellick smiled, shaking his mane into semblance and striding forward confidently.
Jadera came trotting toward her brother's pride lands, having spent more time with her sister than she intended... She was glad to be back, and felt her heart leap with the scent of Jager on the wind. Her love! It had been so long since she saw him... The Princess leapt to a run, smile on her face, as she roared a greeting to brother and mate. "I'm home."
Sitian giggled and promptly flopped over, batting playfully at Jayvyn. His demanor changed and she paused, pinning an ear. He was suddenly, tense... Had something happened? She glanced at her mother.
Naharia was gazing out toward the Pride's border, eyes distant. She didn't look upset, more happy actually.... A roar, female... The second that sounded, she called again... Naharia smiled. "Jadera returns..."

Her eyes kept a close watch on her son, with a soft smile she nudged his rump softly as she continued on ward. It had been a long walk to where she was heading, specially from their home. She shook her head, it was their home anymore, she could never return there again. A pang of hurt twisted around her heart, causing her to wince. Mekare had betrayed her. She still couldnt believe he'd done it, but he had. And she'd snatched up her son and left.
She couldnt bring these problems to her sister, that would be unfair of her. But, she remembered one, who'd been most kind to her. She'd return there, and hopefully her son would be surrounded by better things than the memories that dwelled around the ruins. She'd always mourn the loss of her ruins, but she felt better knowing her son wouldnt be consumed with that same torment. "Now my love, you will behave alright? You cannot climb over everything here, mkay?" she smiled as her silent son nodded his head. He'd been a bit withdrawn lately, but then what else could she expect. Coming upon the boarders of the land she'd been within before, she lifted her muzzle and let out a roar, the markings that adorned her body glowed brightly.
Adelio's ears flicked back as the roar echoed out, sitting between his mothers paws. He watched his sisters, not to sure what he thought of the 2nd king, not to sure what he felt about much of the things going on, he yawned and rested his head atop his mothers paws, eyes closing. He was more interested in a nap at the moment than much more.

((Oooh, that reminds me, Rini. We never finished the Cade/Fatale RP xDD
-makes a mental note to ping updated Jax and Cade profiles to Lat-))
The bay lion watched his adoptive mother from the mouth of the den. Areli was more important to him than any other lion in the world, perhaps even more than Sin, and perhaps he had been the first to notice the change in Areli ever since the cubs had been born. Even Cade hadn't noticed it before him.
It still made his stomach tighten, every time he thought of his brother. It had never changed, and as long as Jax was still Jax and Cade still Cade, it probably wasn't ever going to. There would always be some little thing about the gray lion that Jax could spot and brood about to help rekindle his hatred for his half brother. There was, of course, the reason he had left 'home' in the first place. And then there was also the fact that Areli had also adopted Cade, which made them adoptive half brothers - more or less closer than they originally had been, what with the added word.
But Cade had come after Jax. That was what made a difference. It didn't matter how observant Cade normally was, he wouldn't notice things about Areli as soon as Jax would. He couldn't possibly.

Jager heard the roar with delight. His ears immediately shot up, his eyes widen, heart beat faster than a cheetah sprint. His mate had finally come home from her sister's. He looked over at Rellick and smiled, fully knowing that Rellick would be overjoyed to see his daughter home. Looking back toward the boarder, he noticed that there was more than one lioness waiting for them...
Kione struggled against the lands. The trip was harsh, and the weather harsher. Flicking her tail, she stopped dead in her tracks. Many lionesses were surrounding some point. Did she stumble upon a pride again. Swallowing her fears, she crept forward, but didn't bother to roar. She would state her purpose after the others.

Airithn blinked. Looks like she wasn't the only one on the move today. She sat, paciently waiting on Rellicks arrival. Other lionesses roars reached her ears, and she smiled. Hopefully she could make close friends in this pride. She spotted a new male join Rellick, and she smiled again. He seemed happy. Perhaps one of those roars was his mate.

Naharia curled a forepaw about her son and pulled him to her chest, purring heartily. Her darling son... She groomed him gently, murmuring soft words of love to the cub. "Adelio... You should have slept earlier..." She smiled in spite of herself.
Rellick stopped, blinking in surprise. That roar... It floated through the air like a silken, living thing... The call of a Guardian... A lioness he had not seen in a long time. Nox. A dear friend he had not seen in quite some time. Well, his luck was legendary. Airithn... Jadera... And Nox all in one day... Not to mention the lioness who had yet to announce herself, but he could scent as she approached... He began his steady pace toward the border, knowing Airithn had little patience... And Nox had even less... Well, his day looked full... On to meet those bold females.
Jadera didn't hesitate at the border, rather leapt into a run and kept at it, speeding toward the area of the den. She could smell the rich scent of her brother and mate approaching the borders, and knew they were comming to meet the newcommers of the Pride.

"Umm King." He looked over at Rellick and cleared his throat. "Forgive me." Turning, he sprinted ahead toward Jadera. The pull of her heart was too strong, he couldn't resist. Noticing her, he roared loudly at the joy in his heart to see his mate. Leaping at her, he roughing grabbed her with his forepaws in a fierce hug. Settling on his haunches, he buried his nose into her hair taking in her scent deeply. "Jadera.." He whispered. "Gods, I've missed you..."
Kione came to the boarder. She scanned the lands for the King, trying to find him. Using her mind, she scanned the area for the male. She found two: one seemed to be hugging his mate and the other walking toward the boarder. Se went with the latter. Clearing her throat, she closed her eyes and send the message with a telepathic roar announcing her presence at the boarder.
