Star calmed herself a bit with each step. She knew she needed to focus to remember the tidbits of information from the books about how Isis was suppose to act. In short, Isis was the perfect royalty figure from what Star could deduce. Polite, proper, well spoken, all that stupid crap that Star hated to do but knew she had to do at one point or another. Maybe that was why she was such a great actres.
Taking it one step at a time, she moved with a grace that was befitting a goddess. In essence, she moved like Kage now, in that she seemed almost to glide across the floor. The cloth about her body moved with ease and fit her form quite well. She moved up to Kage and smiled, "Oh ye servent of mine. I bid you many thanks in thin efforts at appeasing my wrath. Without you, mine wrath be like a plague upon this world. Thank thy." She moved up to him and kissed his cheek softly.
Pulling back, Kage nodded a bit and crossed his arms. "Good...that's how you should be acting. Now lets go before we loose any more time. We have no clue when they might move again."
With a soft smile, she nodded and gestured for him to take the lead. Standing, Kage moved toward the doorway and after opening it and letting her through, he closed it and soon they were both off into the dusk light using Body Flicker to move faster.

The evening sun gave way to the moon of the night. It was a cool breeze set upon the heated sands. This was a time to enjoy, the Twilight. Not to hot, not to cool, just a perfect combination of the chilling sand and the heated air. Kage and Star found their research to be fruitful as they came within sight of camp fires and traps set by men to gain food in the desert. This was about the time of night when several larger animals would be on the prowl looking for hteir own meals. They came to the outskirts of the village and began to look around a bit. They were well hidden as they were far from the camp.
"Alright Star...how do you propose we get in? It's not like these people are completly stupid. They've seen ninjutsu before so we couldn't just use some pretty jutsu to dazzle them and make them think you're a goddess...What are we gonna do?"
Star sat back for a moment and looked to the sky. She looked about for a moment and then began to notice in the sky...the clouds were starting to form in the way they do when rain was on the horizon. Star grined a bit as she noticed the rain drops beginning. "Hehehe...how about we have a little fun in the rain?"
Kage looked to her for a long moment. She smiled to him as she began to explain her plans. "How about this love, You Henge into me and I'll create a huge a** rain storm by adding water jutsu from that oaisis over there. It's too dark for them to see half of the jutsu I'd use. Anyway, when the rain really starts falling, I'll lift you up into the clouds using the chakra strings and lower you from the center of the clouds. I want you to just act all natural and decend. That should get their attention if you land right in the middle of the encampment. Then, once you've landed, I want you to Kawarimi with me and I'll take over."
Kage looked to her for a long moment. That was actually pretty smart...quite well thought out too except for one thing, "What if they ask you to perform miracles or some bull..."
Star smiled, "Thats where you come in love. If it's something you can do, I want you to listen in and perform a jutsu to do it. If its not, I'll just throw a tantrum and make them back down. Hmmm, but we still have the Nin bastards that might be there...I know, I'll distract them with some dolls running on auto in the desert. That should work, don't you think?
Kage thought for a moment then nodded. Her plan was quite well thought out...it was just up to her ability to multi-task with various puppets. This would be intresting to see actually. Taking her up on her command, he Henged into her and soon waited for her to start the 'show'.
At the outskirts of the encampment, a horrid scream came as a woman fell to the ground in pain. A few men came out to see two figures standing in the darkness over the fallen woman. If they'd fall for the bluff or not is entire up to Stars abilities.

"What are you two doing to that woman?! Leave her alone!!"
"Good...they took the bait..." Star grinned as the men began to chase the puppets into the desert. She sent them off far, almost the very extent of her chakra threads before finally springing her trap on the two men. The two puppets they were chasing where cage puppets but of corse, in the night light, they looked like regular people until they spun around and cagged to two men. A poisonious gas filled the cage and knocked the two men out. It wouldn't kill them by any means but they'd definatly be out for a long time. That was two guards...but Star knew they weren't the Jounin that the Kazekage spoke of. At any rate, having two idiots out the way made it a little bit easier to get thigns under way. They didn't have much time as the rain storm was starting to pick up.
As she was about to begin the feat of pumping the water into the clouds, she got a brilliant idea. She looked to Kage and winked to him so that e'd know to expect something else to come.
A deep silence filled the air as Star worked her Magic of filling the sky with water from a close oaisi. She used the Wind Release: Great Breakthrough jutsu to get the water into the clouds and soon it began to pour even harder than before. The resulting wind would simply flow upon the regular breeze of the desert and be covered by the howling winds that already existed so she didn't have to worry about that. This was just about it. Turning to Kage, she smiled, "Ready sexy?"
With a scuff Kage got into position a bit away from Star. She had something else to do and she was going to make sure things went off without a hitch.

Moving quickly to continue the onslaught of abilities to help increase the believablility of the Goddess deal, Star moves towards the other end of the Oasis. She was going ot use the remaining water and the cool air off the rain water to help her with her next trick. Moving her hands quickly in the approrpiate hand signs, she soon summons forth the Genjutsu of False Surrounding and immediatly followed it up with the upgrade of Double False Surrounding. She was burning chakra like there was no tommarow but compared to how much she might have to use if a battle started, this was minor by far. She had to make this as believable as possible and soon moved around to another area.
The False surrounding genjutus were used to slowly lower the temperature around the village which wouldn't be that far fetched of a thing to believe when you factor in that it was night and raining. Also, a soft mist began to roll in. This was a stretch but it would make sense once the Goddess rolled into town.
Quickly thinking to herself, she began to try and see what she could do to help out the trick even more and soon looked over to Kage. He looked about and noticed her Genjutusu getting to work and then felt the chill in the air. He looked to her and soon moved his hands to form what looked like a mouth or something. He kept moving his hands till Star got it. She grinned and blew a kiss to him and soon used one more ninjutsu. First, seh had to pick a target and found a tent in the back where food was beging carried in and out of. A grin crossed her face and soon she made the handsigns for her 3rd jutsu, Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique.

The wolves formed from the water at her feet and soon froze over. They had a deep, ravinous hunger running through their eyes and Star knew it. She grinned as she knelt down and kissed the pack of wolves (about 10 or so) on the forehead and then pointed to the supply tent to make them head off . The pack of wolves ravaged the camp grounds. Not really hurting anyone direclty but heading straight for the supply tent. The reflective nature of the ice they were made of would make them look black and shiny against the night sky and witht he only light being from the camp fires and tourches, it'd be even harder to tell that they were ice and not real. They moved with a deep determination, taking out tourches along the way and knocking sand onto the camp fires to cover their appearance as Star directed them with her chakra. After they were set in their attack, she moved over to Kage.
At this same time, Kage was getting ready for his 'performance' and soon felt the Chakra threads attach to his body. He felt his free movement leave him and be replaced with the impulses given by Star. She began to lift the Puppet into the air and through the clouds. WIth all the commotion going on in the village, it was highly unlikly that anyone would notice Kage going into the air. Star moved him through the air and placed him over the encampment and began to lower him. As she did, she realized she could help a bit and make the entrence even more grand and so she instructed Kage to perform the Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet upon the clouds. The mixture of the blaze hitting the over saturated clouds caused a huge burst of light to occure under Kage and pierce a hole through the clouds. He began to desend upon the village in the form of Isis(star) and landed just about in the center of the encampment. Moving his hands, Star had him direct the wolves to back off and they did, dispursing into the night.

As the people placed began to come closer to get a glimps of the figure that had fallen from the sky, Kage held his hand up to stop the people and soon a bolt of lightning struck in the distance (they didn't do it). It drew everyones attention for a split second and that was all Kage and Star needed to switch places. A smokeless Kawarimi took place and soon Star stood where Kage was. She smiled to the masses and began to speak, "I am the Goddess Isis. I have followed your travels long and well my children and am most pleased. I have come to offer my thanks..."

There were a couple of murmurs and even a few whistles and the mood was generally in awe. The crowd was certainly buying it which was a testament to how good Mirid Star's acting skills were.
One of the nomads even ran forward excitedly although he was soon followed by people who keep forward. But this ninja had the time to shout his thanks and love for the dear goddess. "Most venerable Isis! Thank you for everything you've done for us! Thank you for making sure that the rain falls every year when we need it most!" Then he was seized by the chuunin level bodyguard dudes that keep order.
But Macoto, the leader of the pack, was suspicious. Frankly he wasn't even a nomad, he was actually a Sunagakure missing-nin, so he had more reason to. He hadn't been raised with the religious fervor that they had been. But he knew his place and as he moved forwared it was with grace and dignity.
Reaching Isis he knelt down and kowtowed to her. Getting up he said, "Most venerable goddess Isis, we thank you for showing yourself to us. I apologise for not preparing a ceremony in anticipation," he said appearing breathless. Who knows if he really was or if he was just putting on a show for his nomad lackeys.
"Goddess Isis, I apologise for asking you this, and I beg you most humbly to grant our wish. The truth is, our tribe elder is very, very ill with some sort of strange disease. We don't know if he will be able to make it to the next ceremony. I beg you to help him, to at least let him live until the next ceremony, or if not at least tell us what is wrong with him so that we can try to cure him," Macoto continued, on his hands and knees once again.

'Isis' looked down to the man Macoto. He had to call on healing didn't he. That was Star's most hated area since, for all the knowledge the medical nin swore they had, they couldn't save Kage or her family. She wanted to scowl and curse the man. In all honestly, her blood began to boil but only the watching Kage would know the signs of such an event. This was usually signaled by her right foot tapping at the heel two times in rapid pace. It was a nerve reaction but her face didn't change for a moment.
Star began to move down to Macoto. She had to think fast and to do such, she had to check something first. She wasn't positive that this guy was telling the truth about the nomad leader being sick or not. For all she knew, he could just be tricking her. She had to move quickly and soon came to a thought. She raised her hands to the air and against the night sky, nothing would be seen as she let loss invisible chakra threads that took hold of Kage. She began to move him about as she danced agaisnt the night air.
Soon, an explosion would occure near where kage was. She had him perform a fire jutsu to draw attention away from the camp and released Kage. He knew what to do and quickly moved to go find the nomad leaders tent as Star continued her performance. "Loe...the spirits be restless this night. Before I speak of this event, I must find peace with the spirits less they intefere with my blessings in future times. Please, a moment." She turned her back to the crowd and began to move in a mysterious dance to mezmorize the audiance.

Macoto blinked but decided that the goddess was maybe, yeah... genuine. I mean, she certainly acted as airy as it was said in the scriptures. Meanwhile the audience was enthralled as they oohed and aahed and waited for Isis to find her inner peace... before asking any further questions.

During her amazing display, Kage was free to search the village from hut to hut. Or rather, he would have been free too if the cheftians hut wasn't so damn obvious. It was the largest hut, as was traditional for places like this. They always went big for the big guy.
Kage began to move silently through the place. Moving to try and see what he could find. The guards of the hut would probably be drawn away by the appearance of "Isis" making this an easy search and observation. Moving to the entrence of the hut was a simple feat and all he did was lift a slight piece of cloth from the doorway to look in and see the leader laid out on the bed. Slight moans of pain came from him as he laid there, confirming the words of the b*****d...err...I mean jounin.
This was the information he needed. Kage moved quickly but silently to find a new location from which to fire off a signal to "Isis". Moving through the trees surrounding the camp sight, he found a spot with no eyes would be able to see him. And with a bit of a throw, he managed to toss a signal bomb into the air. It would be a red flash of light to the east of the camp and everyone would be able to see it.
Star looked quickly in that direction and lowered her head. Looking to the Jounin, she took a deep sigh and began to move down from her perch to walk majestically amongst the people. "The spirits are in a rage because of your leaders illness. Take me to thyne leader at once."
A group of villagers would take her to the leader quickly. They moved without hesitation to give her entrence into the hut. With each step, she made sure to move with balance and poise. It was a pain to do but she had it down pretty well. She moved next to the cheftan and began to move her hands about his body as if checking him. She had no real clue what the hell she was doing but she was faking it well...hopefully.

The villagers who'd moved her watched with astounded and admiring eyes as Isis began to work her magic. Meanwhile the other villagers came running over too. Oh and of course Macoto was there was well.

Kage sat outside the tent on the opposite side so no one would see him. He listened to her wail and moan as if pretending to do full well knowledge. He gaged a bit and thought to himself, how horrible is she? Could she be a bigger ham?
'Isis' moved about the bed of the cheif wondering how to portray this. How to deal with this situation. She was very fluid and very exact and then it struck her. The exact way to work things in her favor to make things right...well...moreso the best way to get the damn orb and get the hell outta here without a fight. In her mind, she pouted a bit, wondering why she couldn't fight this guy or even kill some of these people but that was neither here nor there. She stopped cold for a moment and glared down to the cheif.
"This man...his force of life fades with every passing moment. Be proud that he shall pass into the realm of the gods before long. Sorrow it may bring but he shall be...oh my..."
One of the villagers looked up, "What is it Goddess?"
"This man...his heart is weighted with the pains of his people. Such weights shall force him an afterlife eternal of suffering and sorrow wailing about the village as a ghost of his past deeds. He shall never know rest...unless...no...it is too much to ask..."
A villager stepped up, "Please Goddess, you must save him. You must help him!" the crowd of villagers began to wail with crys of aid and cries of sorrow. They wanted their chefi to be well or at least go to the afterlife with peace. The people began to fall over themselves with grief and hurt as Isis stood before them. Looking to the people, she raised a soft hand spoke once more.
"I have not the power to honor thy wishes for I gave this tribe a large portion of my power in the form of an orb. It was a symbol of my respect and love for your people. With that orb, I would be able to gurentee him a peaceful rest but I'm afraid he has already resigned himself to death and even I cannot undo such a desire." She held her head low with a smirk lingering upon her lips just out of sight of anyone. Quickly composing herself, she looked up to the villagers and spoke again, "Please...aid me in this mans eternal salvation. Bring me the Orb..."
A group of villagers burst forth into a frenzied dash. Their hopes and dreams now lay with their chefi and the goddess Isis. They needed to help him and believed their Goddesses words without hesistation. The only question was how much longer would Macoto be fooled. Star knew he was wise in the way of the Ninja although she doubted he had ever seen one go to such lengths for something. Her only way was to try and convince him once and for all.
She began to move forth to him, stepping with grace and poise and looked to him, "You still do not believe I am the goddess do you? Oh what a crule pain you put upon my heart. I mean only to bring peach and happyness to you and your people. Is there really no way to accomplish this? Is there nothing I cannot do to bring your trust upon me? No...I dobut there be anything. You have lived in a world of deceit and hatred for far to long...I doubt you'd ever trust me..." SHe turned away from him and held her head low. She was definatly laying it on thick.

Macoto stared at the goddess, but his sceptical...ness was starting to face. Years spent with a nomad tribe had frankly rusted his abilities and instincts. He decided to honour her wish since what could she do if she wasn't real? His men could overpower her and she could hardly hope to outrun them, the nomad people of the desert, too used to running away from their foes... okay we would have a long dramatic history thing here but this is not the TV show of Naruto >_>
Anyway, looking to his men he snapped his fingers. Delegating like a true leader. The four men hurried off to the tent where it was kept with a sedan chair sort of thing which was used to move it, and soon came back with the large beautiful orb in hand. Or sedan chair.
The orb really was breathtaking upon sight and it was no wonder that the daimyo's wife wanted it. It appeared super smooth to the touch and seemed to glow faintly with some sort of cold blue light.
Macoto and the villagers kneeled. "Here is the orb, O Goddess. Please do as you will."

The orb began to a lot more tempting in the new light. The very presence of the orb made Star sudder. It was almost sickening that she couldn't keep it for herself. Her composure began to wain quickly and she couldn't really show mortal emotions to such an item, specially now that she was perceived as a goddess. With a deep breath, she had to compose herself and smiled to Macota. "I see that you have kept it very well...but I'm afraid that there is still a problem."
Star began to move closer to the orb and looked to it. "It...its tainted. I noticed it upon its entrence...There must be purification." She looked to Macoto and began to look to his eyes. She looked into Macoto's eyes and began to run her finger along his chin. She began to look through his eyes, pretending to look into his soul. She was...she was very appealing at this range. Her chest was something that seemed to shine within the light and glame within his eyes. Being a ninja set upon this nomad village to guard it, it was highly possible he hadn't been this close to a woman in many a year.
"You...would you be willing to purify it? It will take a bit of a sacrifice to purify it. Please...you must do it for the good of the village...please..." Her voice was soft and dripping with sensuality. She was whispering within his ear and speaking to his heart. This was true sudduction.

[ Sorry about not getting here sooner Carlos. I'll see what I can do to help you finish, since I'm the mission man now. Correct me if I do anything wrong. ]
Macoto blinked wildly, face turned red, and his brow furrowed in frustration. He smiled, then looked back at Isis, "Why, yes my goddess, as you wish." he said, still examining her, no doubt playing out fantasies in his mind. "Do what you please, if it will help the village."
Macoto couldn't believe that the Goddess, Isis, had chosen him to be a sacrifice. He would be honored by the villagers forever due to this en devour. They would see him as the man who was used to purify the Orb. "Lead me on, O great Isis." he said calmly, after turning to the villagers and bowing deeply.
