"Now for you," she pulled the dagger back out. "You dirty little creature."

The dark haired woman knelt down--looking almost disgusted at having to do so--and reached out for his left hand, grabbing it at the wrist and flipping it up to see the face embedded in his hand. "Now," she said with a sigh. "Die like a good little demon." She plunged the knife into the hand as well, stood, and left.

((Truthfully, I'm not all that happy with the shortness of this one either... but oh well. What's done is done... sweatdrop I was just afraid if we dragged this one out, the others would have to wait a while to play.))

It had been two years since he left the U.S., and moved to australia. He had said goodbye to his daugther, but knew she would not miss him. He was now working for a security company which protected high ranking officals, and VIP visitors.

He had no need to live under an alias, and had found a job he enjoyed. The pass two years to him had been some what peaceful. The time was 11:00am, and he along with one other security guard were posted along the side walk out in front of Sydney's opera house. They were both instructed to dress causaly. So they could look like citizens, or tourist. Jack had on a dark blue wind breaker, a dark grey shirt, black slacks, and dress boots. His partner had on a brown jacket, red shirt, black slacks, and dress shoes.

Normaly he would have been paried with someone he knew, but this time he was with the new guy. They didn't have time for introductions, but even so he would not trust him. The sun was not out it had been raining for five hours. Jack glanced at his watch five more miniutes. He looked across the street men, women, children, they were every where. Many who were obviously tourist.

Then he noticed a suspicious person he was wearing a suit. He seemed to be waiting for some thing. He looked right, and saw the car drive up. Inside was the VIP, and two other guards jack had a two way ear peice on. " Area not secure stay in the car " a couple of miniutes later, and one of the guards in the back got out on the left. The man across the street pull a SMG out of his jacket. He opened fire it seemed the car was bullet proof since no damage was being done to it. The guard that got out was killed before he could draw his weapon.

As soon as jack saw him draw a weapon he drew his. He wasen't able to get a shot off fast enough to save the guard. But he fired three rounds from his USP compact 9mm into the man across the street. And as if it was instinct he turned left slightly to see the new guy not pointing his weapon across, but at jack. Jack could see in his eyes he was not looking him, but at him.

The new guy opened fire on jack, but missed most of his shots. Jack took him down after four shots, but he had been shot too. His arm had been gashed, and he had taken a round to the stomach. He fell to the ground then turned to see the car open. The right door opened, and the last guard steped out jack managed to lift his weapon. He took aim and fired a round, but missed. The guard walked over to him, and took aim then fired.

Jack died there on the side walk.
