Shikimaru's sensei showed up and said they didn't have a mission today and that he would treat them all to ramen. He looked at Chouji who was dancing around and eating potato chips. Ino was happy because she was hoping to see Sasuke there. They all walked there together.
(WHen are the chunnin exams?)

trance smiled at amaya. "sure, i was thinking about getting some ramen before i found you, lets go" he said as he grabed her hand and ran toward ichiraku ramen

Shikimaru walked towards ichiraku ramen and then he saw a couple other people coming from the other direction. He thought, "Great, more people, more of a drag." He walked toward ichiraku ramen and sat down.

Shikamaru walked to the ramen stand and ordered a ramen bowl and sat down next trance not knowing that was his team member.

Amaya sit down next to Trance and yells "Hey, old man! It's me, Amaya, and I have someone else with me!" Amaya smiles as the old man and Ayame came out from the back. Amaya orders a bowl of ramen for her and Trance. While she waits, she sees Shikamaru and trys to remember where she had seen him.

Shikamaru got up and spilled his ramen on trance on accident and said, "Oh what a drag."

trance smiled. "my name is trance hyuuga and im talking to you because your my partner, your name is shikamaru nara right, i knew that because ive heard you always say what a drag" he said as he looks at shikamaru

Amaya just sits there smiling while she listens to Trance and Shikamaru say 'What a drag'. "How long are you guys going to say that" Amaya giggles "Oh yeah and I'm Amaya Uchiha, nice meeting you."

Irene walked happily down the road, knowing exactly where she was going. She was really in the mood for her favorite food, ramen. She looked at the signs until she read, 'ichiraku ramen.' "I hear this place is good." She mumbles as she walks in. Most places were full, so she ends up sitting near two guys.
Irene's thoughts were on her home in the sand village. She never knew why people her age didn't like her. But it's not like she could blend in, she stuck out like a sore thumb. If not for her personality it was for her instinct reactions. Things like what she was about to say. "Hey, could I order some ramen here please?! I'm starving!"
