I don't recommend using the Grey Company site however, the Elvish on that site is commonly known as Grelvish and is very innaccurate. It's very loosely based on Tolkien's Quenya.

If you seek to learn elvish I highly recommend you avoid that site. Here are some good ones to use:

Also here is another site that's very useful... not so much focusing on Elves but the world of Tolkien in general: Encylopedia of Arda
That site will also provide accurate information on all divisions of Elves, and their history. It is very useful. 3nodding
