Just send the invitation to the leaders of certain plot theory guilds and tell them to share the invites with the people in the guilds. In order to get in the forum party they must post a link of the invite within the join request.
A good way to prevent spammers and nooblets from invading the party guild....however the towns party won't be so private, Oh well how many people use towns anyways hmm?

A thought, if I may. We're just mentioning it in the main thread, but what if we held the event in August? That way it would be our 3 month anniversary for our thread, plus it would give us all more time to plan out what we wanted to do?
